“Highly disappointed. My doctorate degree (MD) was evaluated and considered equivalent to Masters. Doesn't make any sense.”

“The evaluation is quick and also there are options that you can expedite the process for a good cost. Also, the evaluation is very thorough and explained on the summary very well. There are also options of revisions if necessary. There is also a chat that you can use if you have a quick question. I would very much recommend this for foreign students that wanted to evaluate their foreign diplomas and certifications.”

“I am very happy with IEE. I had a very bad experience with another company that was trying to help me with evaluation. IEE was very helpful! Nice customer service, easy to apply, and amazing quality. Also it was fat and easy. I had a problem with the return label. So they sent it back in a perfect condition, even in the same envelope. It was sent by FedEx overnight. Very very happy with the service. Totally recommend.”

“Do not trust this Evaluation center. 1) After ordering an evaluation while I was on the phone and the guy who I was speaking with asked me to put only university address , I realized I had to also .mention my home address to receive my original documents back which the guy on the phone told me only put university address, I called 3 times after ordering , they got my order number ID and all 3 people told me yes you will get it not university. But they ended up to send to the university and university thought it’s theirs and ruined my original document by stamping and separating apostil from it. 2) when I got my Evaluation I noticed it’s not correct, when I called I realized any practical with no hours that in my country was mentioned by weeks, they decided to put 0 credit. Instead of contacting me and ask me to require my university to give hours instead of weeks. Thanks God I’ve noticed and once I called iee and realized they count 0 for any unit was mentioned by weeks I was able to request from my university hours for those unit and order re evaluation, so I was to have gpa above 3. As a evaluation center, they must know the differences between giving an hours in other countries. Instead of requiring the matching information to evaluate they consider 2 weeks as 0 which had very wrong and bad effect. If it wasn’t me noticing This ,I couldn’t re evaluate and correct it and get the correct gpa. 3) I still didn’t receive my money back for postal service for posting my ruined documents from university to me that has been sent to the university by their lack of attention and disadvantages. 4) very irresponsible with email 5) I ordered also translation that they translate the stamps organization name which had already English version on it to wrong organization name. That was so funny and frustrating meanwhile cause that stamp had Armenian , Russian and English version and even didn’t need to be translated. And they answer was we did research. It’s like I see on documents FDA and instead of using that I do google search and find other meanings and organization and put FFA. Still , they are very irresponsible to returning the money. Answering emails. I wasted many hours in order to get email back from I believe manager named Baker. By calling millions time and talking to Red . Also , Red is good by requesting from manager but never follow up to see if I got the email, answer or money back which he promised he will. I never receive any phone call for follow up that every time they told me they will. Also, when I called they got number but didn’t return phone call. And once I called back they told me he left the office without returning the call. So irresponsible. Don’t waste your money and time with their service. Now I need to spend so much money to get to my country and get original diploma. Or send notarized documents to someone to get it for me which is not doable for me.”

“I have to be honest and say I was surprised at the quickness, professionalism and ease of working with you. I worked with a Zara Pueblos who was so helpful, as I did get a bit confused being passed from person to person. But once I insisted on one person, she stayed throughout the process. My diplomas were all certified and returned promptly. Especially in Covid times, well done. Dr Lynne Montgomery”

“To whom this may concern, My impression of IEE’s overall services was poor. I felt like they did fantastic job with their website, so job well done. Clearly, I cannot compare your offers and overall customer service to your competition. But I do know I would not choose IEE again. Your service was average priced and only happened after I opened an additional ticket. You were incredibly slow and behind promised deadlines. The live chat was very helpful, actually.”

“DO NOT USE IEE! Their evaluators do not know anything about the European university system, they are using an outdated method; they do not recognize the three-year European bachelor's degree as a US bachelor's degree, and are saying that the correct equivalency is a diploma that does not exist anymore since 2006 (Diplome de Maîtrise). They refused to recognize their incompetency and correct their mistakes for my evaluation, now I have to start over again with another service (WES). Not only will you pay more with IEE than other services, but you will constantly question whether or not this is a scam - it is impossible to connect with any reliable employee of this "company" throughout the process.”

“I received IEE's evaluation on time. It's perfect. But the postal service is a headache(USPS). The evaluation courier must been delivered before couple of days but still it has not been delivered. The overall rating has been reduced because of the USPS.”

“There is need to improve on portal tracking of orders. Users should also view the progress stages to avoid frequent confirmations via agents. Currently only Progress and Complete status are accessible. Users can not track any other stages in between. The 3 days turnaround time is magnificent. Keep up”
