“Ordered Thursday lunch time and paid for next day delivery so my mechanic could fit them on Saturday while paying him to do other work. Did not receive until Monday morning so now need to arrange and pay for another visit from the mechanic to fit. Should have opted for free Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery, would probably have received them Saturday. Emailed them to say I didn’t receive next day delivery but they obviously didn’t read that properly as the reply told me they were delivered ( no dispute there ) but neglected to understand that Thursday ordering with Monday delivery isn’t next day.”
