“This may be a little unfair on My Tech Verse as the fault may be at least in part down the delivery company DHL but this review is based on my overall experience.
I ordered a case for my daughter’s phone on a Friday. She’s 10 and this is her first phone so was obviously very excited. I paid an extra £5 for next working day delivery since should have had it on Monday. The tracking app continually told me it was out for delivery but never actually arrived. After chasing both DHL and my techverse I was finally told on Thursday that DHL had actually delivered it to the collection shop I had asked for on the Wednesday. Only problem being that they didn’t tell me and the tracking app was showing that it still hadn’t been delivered. To make matters worse by the time I was able to get to the shop on Thursday it was closed and I wasn’t able to collect it until the Friday - a full week after I had paid extra for next working day delivery.
Nothing by way of even an apology from either DHL or Mytechverse much less a refund of the money I paid for what was supposed to be a fast delivery.
I will not be ordering from them again.”
