“They ended my subscription with them because my School does not provide experation dates on the ID cards. In undergrad I never had an ID card with an expiration date. Now that I am furthering my education, it is the same situation. After battling them they would not verify my email address, yet continually send me emails to the email address “they can’t verify.” It’s very frustrating because there’s literally nothing I can do, and they will not work with me. I’ve never know a higher learning institution to have the expiration date on ID cards. High school yes, but college? Maybe many schools have changed that, but mine hasn’t.”
“simply doesn't work. waste of time.
Although I've been recognised, every time I try to purchase something this message comes up:
"Page Not Found

If you clicked a link to get here, it's likely that the page has moved or no longer exists.
Otherwise there might be a typing error in the address."”
“Terrible experience!!!! Scam!!Tried to get my uni rebate for Costco and it was one of the most infuriating situations. Sent several methods to confirm I am currently an actively enrolled student only to be denied. Brett went back and forth with me via email telling me I need to send something with an expiry date. I can't control the fact that my school doesn't issue expiry dates on our ID cards. I sent a scanned page of my current enrollment with my name, the institution, semester and year as requested by the first agent. That still wasn't sufficient!!! What a scam! Seems like they are out to make it so hard for you that you will just give up on getting the voucher. What a terrible company and horrible customer service.”
“Unidays is a great website for pupils and with thousands of amazing deals on big brands. I personally made immediate use of the Spotify 50% off discount which works very nicely and was easy to verify.”
“not fair how you have to show a student ID now to be verified… i am in school! but don’t have the ID due to the pandemic now i can’t even use the discounts anymore. TERRIBLE”
“The worst most frustrating company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Seriously, I’ve never even written a review, but the way this company conducts their customer service is so disgustingly horrible it’s a disgrace to capitalism and a mockery to the world of business as a whole, so I had to write this. Do not use this company. They will not help you with any issues, just send you endless emails with links that don’t fix any of your problems, and they refuse to pick up the phone and talk out any issues. The amount of hours I’ve wasted simply trying to renew my student membership with Apple Music is despicable.”

“I am very disappointed at them! Last year I was a member and everything was fine! This year, for some reason, they decided that my institution was not good enough for me to be a student any more! And they are incredibly rude, I kept on asking for more information and for them to explain themselves, all I got back were automated messages saying the same thing! Gutted! I wasted so much of my precious time!”
“I’m posting this everywhere I can because I can’t even begin to explain how ticked off I am. I had to verify my student email months ago and I tried and it wouldn’t work. So I have been getting charged 9.99 forever now for my STUDENT subscription. I contacted them and they said to talk to Apple and Apple told me I have to talk to Unidays so I contacted them 3 f****** times and still haven’t gotten an email back. I cancelled my subscription last week and got an email a few days ago saying my subscription expires on the 10th of October and then I got another email from Apple yesterday saying I was charged 9.99 for my Apple Music subscription. But I tried listening to music this morning and it won’t let me because I don’t have a subscription anymore. WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!?”
