A simple home buying process. I would recommend.

I used NACA to purchase my first house in the 1990’s. I only had to come up with a total of $400. Without NACA, I would not have been able to purchase a home. I’m working them once again to purchase a home.

Starting the NACA program was not easy, and it was overwhelming at first. At a point it seems I was not making any progress at all, I felt stuck. My first counselor meeting with Sharon changed that, she explained the process and now am hoping for a home at the end . Don't give up.

I worked with my NACA counselor Albert Walker, who helped me qualify to become a first time home owner. He educated me on financing, housing, home insurance, down payment options/ programs. loan terms and how to manage my mortgage. I was fortunate to have an experienced and obliging counselor. He dedicated numerous hours to get me approved and I am excited to become a home owner thanks to NACA.

The NACA Home Program and counselors have been fantastic in getting me home-bound ready! I love the guidance and attention I am getting from my counselor, Tiffany. Life can throw plans in a loop and throw you off course, but Tiffany has been terrific in keeping me on my goal!

I’m a first time home buyer and was referred by a coworker to go through NACA. I will admit when I started going through the process it was a bit overwhelming but my counselor Tiffany has helped me every step of the way. I only have a couple more weeks before I’m approved.

NACA company is an anwser to our prayers, we've been looking to get a home but was always denied. But NACA has been a means for my wife and our big family to get the home of our dreams. We recommend NACA for anyone trying to get a home. They're great to work with, especially the cousellers.

NACA is a great program. We have learned so much going through all of the steps, and our counselor has been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend looking into NACA, especially for first time home buyers. My husband and I are looking forward to moving our family into our forever home soon.

As first time potential homeowner we were uncertain of where to turn to. A family member directed us to NACA. The pre application process was mostly smoothly and when we did run into challenges, contacting a representative was quick. They were helpful. Our counselor Mr. Hargrove has been very supportive, helping us to calm our nervousness. Looking forward to the process and eventual home ownership

I've had a great experience with NACA so far! The process has been smooth, and the dashboard is surprisingly well-designed—it's easy to upload documents, track progress, and access the required courses. Everything is well-organized and user-friendly. Plus, my representative has been polite and helpful throughout. Looking forward to the next steps!

Kevin B, at NACA was patient, attentive, and truly dedicated to ensuring I understood every step of the process. As a first-time homebuyer, this made a world of difference in reducing any stress I had. The experience was seamless, and I felt well-supported throughout.

On numerous occasions I have had the opportunity to meet with NACA Counselor Kevin Bernard whom has been very very helpful in helping me to understand the lending institution as well as home buying processes and home ownership, the wealth knowledge he has shared with me has helped me immensely and I'd highly recommend him for any future NACA member seeking home ownership.

Hi, I’m in Massachusetts and I have recently gave naca a 2nd chance at a good impression for me. Back in 2021 I signed up with naca but my experience was not the smoothest so I pulled out a free discrepancies with my then counselor . I was recently informed that naca has revamped there structure and have been more in line with with how things are done so I decided to give it another shot. I can say that for beginning , the process seems a bit more direct and expedited which I favor. Once’s I signed up I had access to the first time buyer program right away. Once I registered my on mine account it tells me what to have together before scheduling a meeting with my new counselor. Within just a few weeks I was face to face with my counselor Ms Prutha Joshi. Prutha is a breath of fresh air. She was punctual, straightforward with what was needed and very clear on what to expect. My counselor has been patient and consistent with expectations and requests. I can say I truly feel good about my experience this time around.

My counselor has been nothing but amazing and I am very appreciative for her an also her patience and assistance! I have been in the program since 2020 and it has been a long journey but I’m definitely appreciative of the counselor I have and all that she have done to get me to this point right here! I would recommend NACA to anyone who’s looking to becoming a homeowner….

I first heard about the NACA program through social media and decided to apply. So far, everything has been going well. I had my first meeting with my counselor, Roddy, on February 20, which was a very pleasant experience. I’m truly excited about the opportunity to purchase my new home through the NACA program.
