“First of all we ordered sour bubba and apparently they were out so they substituted it with a cbd strain. How the hell is that even remotely close to an equivalent strain? Second it's green and and smells horrible. Naked needs to do better.”

“Quality of weed, mediocre and lacking crystal or scent. (sh_tty effects) Second purchase, bought near $400 (all my available money) for 4.5oz while on assistance and in severe need of it to control conditions I won't get into, on the 12th of March 2024. I got confirmation of the order at 5:15pm Atlantic time making them receiving it at 1:15pm ON THE 12TH!!!. It is now the 15th and my package is coming on MONDAY THE 18TH!!! NEVER AGAIN!! Last night at 11pm Atlantic, it was still not showing Canada Post to have received anything but the confirmation of the package. I wake today on the 15TH now, and it says Monday the 18th by end of day. WTF???? There are several addresses listed for this questionable operation, not a business in my eyes. One on Hastings in Van, and one at 530 16th street New Westminister. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CASH WITH THESE HACKS!!!!”

“Second time now I attempted to get a good deal only to have the website freeze on me. I contact them with no satisfaction. They tell me the deal ran out. Just tried again with same issue. It’s still spinning now l want to buy the dope that the guy is smoking, who screwing with my ability to make a payment lol.”

“I placed order on June 16th, 4 days later still not processed although they sure took the payment right away. This is not my first issue with them but was willing to give it another shot. I cancel order when I learn that they didn't even notice it hadn't processed unit I emailed them. I cancel order as so frustrated that there is no one to speak to, you just have to hope they will email back. Here I am June 29th, still no refund. Over $100.00 --shop elsewhere!”

“I'm still waiting for my first ever package it keep saying delayed,yesterday it said it was going to be delivered today,but the tracking does not say ever where the f the package is?????????I ordered last Friday,my friend ordered on Sunday we work together and he got his delivered today and I'm in limbo saying delayed???????”

“I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years now Great product, great prices. Always friendly customer service. The only complaint I have is with your Delivery carrier. I would strongly suggest adding another delivery service option. Cause I would take it EVERYTIME over Canada post. Canada post has probably cost you customers, they don’t care what happens to our packages, they never update trackers, they are always late. Whenever you talk to customer service they hang up on you, or end chat without ver answering your questions. This probably hinders a lot of your clientele. Canada post is PROBLEMATIC, and they need to be replaced. They are 5e worst and it’s making me think about not even ordering cause of CANADA POST. So is it worth loosing customers cause of a business that couldn’t bother doing their job properly. Something you guys need to think about.”

“I have dealt with Naked Cannabis for over 2 years now, the only time I had problems with an order, they replaced it immediately, and I place 3 or 4 orders a month. The customer service is fantastic, the products are top notch and you just cant beat the prices.”

“I have placed an order every month for the last 2 years and received every single order. I live on the other side of Canada from where its shipped, in a small town and never had a problem with receiving my package. Yes sometimes it's late but that's not their fault. Thank you naked cannabis, I will never get cheaper prices anywhere else.”

“Close to 2 weeks late again. $20 discount offered but no refund offered. Canada Post guarantees 3 day service yet it is always way over a week. I'm done! No more for me. Go to your local dispensary that way NO disappointments.”

“Yesterday, i made a payment by e-transfer as required but i did not receive an email to confirm my order. I wrote to customer service but they say the order has been sent and provided a tracking number. The order is still in my cart as if i had not paid it. The tracking number indicates that the sender has created a shipping label for the item, does this mean the item was received by the post office? Why don’t i receive a email to confirm the transaction? I would just like to know if the order has in fact been sent. It’s been more than 24 hours since the payment was made.”
