I love all the products I have bought except I am very disappointed that the foundation does not stay on my face for long, if I touch even lightly poof the foundation is gone and it’s very visible where it came off. I even bought the setting spray 😫

Hi Holly, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with your experience with China Doll Foundation. This foundation is great for those after a full coverage with a beautiful cream-to-powder finish. We recommend either Look 2B or Look 3 for those with more redness to ensure that when blended down the neck, the most undetectable finish is achieved. We also recommend ensuring that a suitable base is applied beneath the makeup, such as our Auto Pilot Calming Primer, because some moisturisers can leave a hydrating residue that does not allow for the maximum foundation coverage to be achieved. This primer in particular has a green shimmer throughout the formula to counteract the appearance of redness. Apply China Doll Foundation with a dense bristled brush, like our 24R Buffer Brush - anything that is not dense will achieve a lighter, softer coverage. Apply the foundation in sections, rather than all at once and then blending as this can cause the product to slightly dry in areas before you get a chance to blend it out. Lastly, lock it in place with a pressed foundation powder to combine the full coverage from China Doll Foundation and the coverage from the pressed powder. You might like to try our Camera Finish Powder Foundation in the shade G3 - Fair Lady, which features an olive undertone that will help to minimise the appearance of redness. products are good but you are constantly discontinuing or are out of stock. This has caused me to go looking for other brands. I need to be able to rely on a brand - this is hard to do with napoleon

Purchased the supreme eye cream after trialling a sample a few months ago. The full priced item appeared to be inferior as it was not as hydrating this time around. Also received a free gift of the BB Cream but the sample was too small to be able to review or prompt me to make a purchase.

I ordered the Personal Trainer foundation in Look 1. I am a bit disappointed with the product, as I feel it is a lot thinner than it used to be and barely conceals anything. It is more like a tinted moisturiser. I still have to use a lot of concealer stick with it. It is a pretty small amount for $69 too, so feel it isn't great value for money. Delivery was great though, very quick.

I very much appreciated online chat to help me choose my needs of makeup. Though the China doll foundation does not work with coverage like i wanted unfortunately. also i chose the wrong colour of The One but obviously opened it andused it not knowing so can't return?

Hi Kerri, thank you kindly for sharing your feedback with us - this is much appreciated. At the start of last year, our business entered voluntary administration, at which point our rewards program had to be turned off. We are now under new ownership and have been operating as normal for the past year. As such, our rewards program was re-activated last year, and customers are able to earn points in-store and online again. Currently points can only be redeemed in-store but we are working on expanding this functionality to our online store. I love your product....however I find your staff your staff disinterested and borderline rude so I try to avoid going in store. Then I attempt to find a product on line and often the colours i need aren’t there. So, I end up at Mecca where the customers service is excellent and their online platform is reliable. Sorry!

I really want look 2 or 2.5 to be available online.. it’s been over a year of not being able to get the shade foundation I use.
