I usually purchase via the website as I live in Gippsland, however decided to wait until next time I visit Eastland. That day was yesterday, and was appalled by the lack of service. A customer was being served when I walked in and there were three girls having makeup done. I waited and waited and waited, not one girl made eye contact, nor even offered a ‘be with you in a sec’ my daughter wanted to ask for help, but I felt classic ageism and said, nope I’m out of here. I intended to purchase 2 tinted moisturisers, a big pack of makeup wipes and cleansing oil. I left and went to Mecca where the service was perfect and I no longer need to purchase Napoleon products.

I ordered two of my fav brush, the 10r, and was SO disappointed that it is now totally different. The quality is so 'cheap' and is nothing like how the brush used to be. I will no longer be purchasing NP brushes.

I love the product and have been using it for years. However, this time I ordered directly from the Napoleon web site because it looks like most US sites no longer carry the product. That was a huge mistake- about a week later there was supposedly one delivery attempt; USPS did not come back and I'm unable to reach them to schedule another delivery. I contacted Napoleon Customer service and it's been several weeks now of them saying they'd look into it or that I'd need to address with USPS via a number that is just a voice recording. Still haven't received product 6 weeks later and wasted quite a bit of money.

My appointment was at the Parramatta store yesterday the young lady who did my makeup olivia was amazing but the manager lauren walked up and asked my lady to pretty much hurry it up I asked Olivia please dont rush my makeup as im a paying customer. The manager kept her eye on us for the rest of my appointment my lady Olivia looked uncomfortable. This really took away from my experience I found the manager was out of line I spend so much on your products but will not visit that store again due to manager making me feel uncomfortable

It’s been already 15 days since I purchase my powder and I still haven’t receive it. I got an email from Auspost saying the tracking will be updated on March 3, and it is still showing the same. But of course, I already receive an email from you guys asking about a review??! And heaps of spam!!! Can you please let me know when will I receive my order?

Both brushes to my eyeliners were frayed. Cheap packaging. Could not use applicator because brushes were damaged. Overpriced for the quality.
