“Purchased an order on August 6th of 2020. It's now October 6th of 2020. No product, no customer support, no refund. Purchase at your own risk. Oh, I did receive a FAKE tracking # and after a few weeks of that I was told to wait 4 weeks, then wait 5 weeks, then wait 8 weeks. It's now 9 weeks and I was told they were looking into it lol! “Sadly after 20 years of incredible service this site has apparently imploded. In looking at the recent reviews, it confirms that Naps is no longer a trusted and viable source. Had timing issues with my last few orders but this time I had a package seized by Customs. I sent them the Letter and they sent me an email asking for a picture of the package and contents (wtf?). I again emailed them with the Letter and asked them what they didnt understand, it was seized. They then wanted a copy of the Letter (again) as well as the order info and tracking # (wtf again, they didnt have this on their site ????). I sent all of this to them AGAIN. They then sent me an email saying the package "was tied up in Customs but should release soon. WTF??! Clearly at this juncture they are just screwing with me. It appears maybe they are having financial trouble and are cheating people or something. Very, very disappointed. I will never risk an order with them again. There are far too many just as competitive sources that deliver much better. Loyalty gets you no where today.”
“Used Napsgear a few time successfully but I'm out over $600 on my recent transaction. Sent the money via WU to Sergey Kuzin as directed and WU froze the money and my account. Now suddenly no wire service will even allow me to open an account or wire money.
Turns out Sergey is on a terrorist watch list and trying to send him money will screw you. Napsgears response to this? They offered me another name to send money to and a 10% discount!!! They won't even attempt to go to WU and try to collect the money or get to the bottom of the issue. Sergey is in the wind.
My advice, avoid them like the plague unless you want to lose your money and/or end up on a Department of Homeland Security watch list.”

When I reached out to customer service they were fast to reply with one hour or less usually. They is the type of customer service I want when choosing my provider. Aside from the quality of suppliers they choose where they have lab results on the website. Napsgear gear is like the amazon for gear. Great customer service and fast shipping with a good price. I can’t complain after years of using them and I always refer my friends that are starting the sport to use Napsgear!”
“It is likely that this seller operates as follows:
- publish false comments on sites and forums dedicated to sport and mainly targets posts and topics concerning people looking for reliable and cheap suppliers.
- when placing the order (02/24), the process is quite responsive with rather rapid confirmation of receipt of payment. Then as stipulated, in less than a week, a tracking number is requested from the carrier and sent to you (04/03).
The problem is that at this level nothing will ever evolve. The tracking of the package will never be updated because no package will be delivered by the seller. It is therefore only a fictitious sending. Kind of like ordering a pizza but never picking it up.
- in the meantime, for my part, the exchanges with the seller to explain the situation are fluid but formatted. We remind you that as stipulated in their processes, no request or complaint can be processed within a period of less than one month from dispatch. Package which I remind you was never delivered to the carrier!
