Funny cars however quality has dropped significantly and they’re now v flimsy. Unsure if I’ll purchase again

Hi Anna, Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. We had to change supplier a few weeks ago due to repeated supply issues. The gsm weighting of our new cards are exactly the same as the previous supply, however as they are now a bit larger in size (A5 as opposed to 5x7), which is why they might not feel as rigid. We are still actively searching for a new supplier that can provide us with the quality and reliability that we need. Many thanks Sam

i ordered multiple cards from the website and was told i would receive them in 1-3 working days and it’s been 6 working days since the order and still not received the cards due to this i had to order from a different website and pay extra for delivery in order to get the cards in time! Not happy with the service at all

Hi Paige, As we have previously stated in our emails, 1-3 working days is typically the timeframe that Royal Mail deliver but due to the recent bad weather and COVID related issues, there are additional delays which are highlighted on our website in multiple places. We dispatched your order the same day you placed it, so any delays are down to Royal Mail which is completely out of our control. We also offered to resend these cards to you, but as we haven't heard back from you regarding this, we assume they have since arrived. Kind Regards, Sam

Ordered a week ago and goods have still not arrived. Possibly lost, but nothing can be done as it has to be lost with Royal Mail for over 10 days. Very frustrating. Was for a birthday present which will now inevitably be late. Have had to order elsewhere in the meantime and hope I can make birthday for Saturday!

Card didn’t arrive in time for Valentine’s Day and still hasn’t arrived today! I had to order from a competitor company and that arrived the next day. Not happy with the service and will be requesting a full refund!

Hey Chris, Thank you so much for your feedback. I'm so sorry your order hasn't arrived and I hope it hasn't ruined a special day. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours & most orders arrive within 1-5 working days, so it would appear that your order has somehow got lost in the mail which I will contact Royal Mail about. I wasn't able to find any emails from you advising us this hasn't arrived but I have, however, found your order and I've refunded it in full.
