Hello from Florida! I bought the gold chainmail dress from Nastygal for my birthday party last night. I wore it for the first time last night for an evening of dancing. Everything was fine until about two hours into the evening. I was dancing and I certainly wasn't jumping around and going crazy! The dress I paid $58 for literally started ripping at the seams. In a matter of two hours, the dress started falling apart. I kid you not. My entire backside was almost exposed. I had to leave the dance floor and tie a sweater around my waist. If you are planning on wearing this dress dancing, my advice is to bring another outfit with you in case. It might be okay to wear out to dinner and that's it. I am 5'5 and weigh 138 pounds. I ordered a medium and the fit was loose, so I honestly cannot understand what happened. Don't buy this dress! I love Nastygal and never had a problem before with clothes I bought from there. Don't wear it on New Year's Eve! I am posting pictures. The halter tie at the neck also broke in two. :(

I wish I could rate them ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sent me BROKEN SHOES!!!! I ordered a pair of combat boots from them for my 25th birthday and they fell apart after wearing them one time. After taking a closer look at them I realized that it looks like someone tried to GLUE them back together and then returned them!!! I am DISGUSTED. The entire shoe has completely separated and falling off. They DONT answer emails, they DONT have a phone number, and their "virtual assistant" is constantly unavailable. This company is a BIG FAT JOKE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! COMPLETE TRASH!!!!!!

I should've checked reviews before ordering... each item they sent was much worse quality in person than how it appeared online, and one of the dresses looked NOTHING in person what they said it was! I even double-checked to make sure they didn't accidentally send me the wrong item. see photos below.

I ordered some boots from nasty gal. I paid 20 something and when i went back on the site they were marked down to $12. After i received the shoes i saw why they were marked down to $12. I could have bought these boots from the beauty supply store tbh. They are not heavy and feel cheap, like costume boots. Im upset.

i paid €6 for two day delivery. contacted them today as a week later my parcel hasn’t even had its scan into the depo. i contacted customer service whom stated i’d have to wait another 14 days for my products or a potential refund. i brought up that legally i’m entitled to be issued a refund today due to false advertising. Once i brought up legal matters they ended the conversation instantly. absolutely appalling behavior out of a company.

My biggest problem with this company is there is no where to find reviews on their shipping or support. They do not give you an explanation of where your package is coming from so it’s an overall frustrating experience. I don’t know if this applies to all the countries that nasty gal ships to but if you’re in the US do not waste your time. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on March 21st. By the 30th I was already concerned because the tracking info literally doesn’t show anything. My understanding is that it’s coming through customs but basically it doesn’t show up until fedex gets the package in the US. My package was delayed even though I had already spoken to customer service and they told me to wait the 9 days and then reach out. Finally the package arrived and the second I tried on the first pair of shoes they broke. The boots I had ordered didn’t fit over my calves (this isn’t nasty gals fault but because of how big of a hassle it was to receive I didn’t want to go through the return process and waste more of my time.) and the third pair of shoes never showed up. I reached out again to customer service and they offered me a partial discount on the broken shoe stating it should be an easy fix. I asked about the third pair and at this point I received a second tracking number on April 3rd from the customer service person. This was the first time there was any correspondence or mention of the second package or that they were shipping separately. The website showed no information on this and the agent didn’t mention it until I asked. I have yet to receive my 3rd pair of shoes it is April 10th and the tracking info still shows nothing. There’s no way to tell if it has in fact left their facility.

AVOID SHOPPING HERE - ITS NOT WORTH IT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store is not aware of a sale they themselves held. I shopped during a 60% sale that was valid until 3:00 am EDT. I am within that time zone and made my payment within that timeframe. When I confirmed my purchase my total was 227 including 14.99 for expedited shipping, yet I was later charged 253 and given only 50% off WITHOUT them notifying me the total had changed. ALL stores refresh you page if the amount you are about to pay has changed. You can’t ask a customer to confirm to pay a certain amount then charge their card for more. THATS FRAUD. Customer service is so terrible compared to other stores that they refuse to recognize this and return 26 dollars - pathetic. They insist I need a screen shot/proof of this. Who takes screen shots of the total they’re about to pay when shopping? It’s absolutely ridiculous. Please take other stores customer service as example. Shopping at NastyGal is definitely not worth the headache with so many other online store options available. Do not recommend to anyone. What are the pros for shopping with this store? No free shipping no matter how much you spend and horrible customer service. Customers are mistreated, treated like liars and literally ignored. Did not expect such a bad experience and have never had an experience like this at any other store. Have never left a review but this is ridiculous so had to share. Last thing they said was they have no record of there being a 60% sale on this day so I apparently made this all up.

They DO NOT pay for custom fees There clothes are cute, but be AWARE if you are in the US, the company does not pay for custom fees. Although their website states they pay for import fees. They indicated that custom fees is an “additional al” tax and they are not responsible to pay for it. Keep in mind, the items I purchased is not worth the additional custom costs. It’s not worth it, I’ll shop at ASOS.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! ORDERED TGE SAME STYLE BUT 2 DIFFERENT COLORS AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER WAS CORRECT WHEN CLEARY IT WASN'T AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY HAD TO REORDER MY ITEMS BECAUSE THE FIRST ORDER WAS NO WHERE TO BE FIND AND IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH!

I got my order with in 2 weeks of ordering (I’m in Australia) the quality of the clothing is actually really good, like the same if not better then Kmart. And being a bigger girl I was nervous to order plus size but I’m so so happy, I’m sending two pieces back because they’re too big because I ordered a size up in some items because I was scared haha! I would definitely say true to size. I’m pleasantly surprised and I will be shopping from them again

Product came was faulty. Inside of the shoe wasn’t even complete or attached. Has fake labelling (label I purchased was stuck over another brand that has been textured out!! And was the wrong size (labelled correct but wasn’t the correct size). Sent photos and information through to them and their response was so fraudulent!! Wouldn’t issue a refund as the relied ‘product wasn’t faulty even after I sent photos’. Scammers! Whatever you do don’t buy from these people!

Disappointed In Companies Taking Advantage Of COVID
Customer service is a nightmare. I ordered two items in a size small and one was sooooo tight I could barely get it on, it gave me a camel toe, and it bunched at the seams by my crotch. Did not look like the photo on the website. It’s cheap material. Is size 2 sizes too small. If I was to even sit down I think it would rip. The second item was a similar look same size. Size small. It was more like a medium or large in the pants. The pants were barely hanging onto my hips. I was pulling them up in the photos so you wouldn’t see my vagina. The pant was 2” total circumference too big. After I jumped through hoops to send the customer service photos. One person said to send them back and told me they would pay for the label. Then another person writes back the follow: “So sorry to hear the items do not fit you perfectly. I have checked your photos and the sizes you have received and can see they are correct. The culottes set should be worn short upon the leg length, a culottes is not a full leg. I can not class your items as faulty.” This is my first and last time ordering from nasty gal and won’t order any other company they own. I spent $200 of the birthday money, which was all the money I was given on nastygals website. Absolute worst customer service. I will be returning everything and will only buy from companies who value customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM NASTY GAL! Again their sizes are inconsistent, their products are cheaply made, and most of all their customer service doesn’t care.

Just ordered a pj set, it came stained! When I went to get a refund I had to ask for a waived return label (since it’s $4 to return) and they wanted to refund 50% after going through the daunting tasks of giving pictures! 50% refund for pjs that came to me stained!!! What!!???

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! Warning!!! Two times now I have purchased from their “60% off of everything” sale and just right before checkout they tack on money and you’ve already clicked pay. The first time it happened I reached out via email to customer service (because they do not have a phone number) and I got no where, they just kept arguing that they were right. This second time I purchased it happened again but I was prepared with screenshots for proof. I emailed them and sent them screenshots showing that they advertised the jacket I purchased at $41 (and some change) from $105. This is a discount of 60% off. But when I checked out it changed the jackets to 50% off and I was charged more. I sent them the screenshot of what is advertised and what I was charged and they will respond once every other day and it’s a new person EVERY TIME! all they keep saying is “sorry it looks like the item was 50% off” CLEARLY it is advertised at 60% I’ve gotten nothing resolved and they won’t help me. On a different note, I ordered a package from them and my phone auto put in my old address which I hadn’t caught until right after the order was placed so I reached out on their chat feature and was about to talk to someone right away. This was SECONDS after I placed my order and got my confirmation number. I asked if they could please charge my address and they said “sorry we can’t, our team starts preparing the orders and shipping them right away so there’s nothing we can do” I wasn’t trying to cancel! Literally just needing my address changed! They said no and told me to come back to the chat AFTER my order has shipped and let them know and they’ll be able to put in a request for change of address. Which seems super backwards but I did and was told “sorry your order has already shipped we can’t help you” INSANE! I cannot believe how horrible their customer service is. I will not be shopping with them again and warning you too!

I ordered a lounge set (crop top and pants) from nasty gal and will NEVER order from them again. 1. Shipping cost was $10 2. One of the pant legs was longer than the other; and noticeable! I couldn’t believe it. It looked like I was flooding on one side 3. Customer service is awful!!! This is the main reason for my bad review. They have no telephone number, and do not respond right away (or even same day) to your emails. I emailed the company immediately upon receiving my package and noticing the faulty pants. They asked me to send them a picture of the pants, which I did. Then they said my information doesn’t match the account holder...what? When I placed the order, I did not create an account; I checked out as a guest. Also my name and address was listed as the recipient, and the same email address used to place the order was the same email address that I used to reach out to them! But because my boyfriend used his card to pay for my lounge set, they refused to resolve the issue with me, even though I verified everything they asked me to verify. So my boyfriend had to email them from his personal email address that was not associated to the order at all! Now does that make sense? I’m still waiting on them to resolve this issue. It’s been 4 days. I’ll never do business with them again

This place is a joke . I took a chance and ordered because they were having a 60% off sale . I literally am having to return ever single item I purchased. It is cheap see through clothing . I have received better quality items from SHEIN and Zaful . Which is saying a lot considering their clothes are $7-12 an item regular price (from China ) and nasty gal at 60% off is still triple that. I feel completely scammed . EVERy one of the 14 items I ordered is unwearable. My belt was actually STAPLED together . STAPLED !! Nothing was sized correctly , my medium body suite fit like an extra large and my medium skirt fit like a small. Do not waist your time or money .

I purchased 4 clearance items from Nastygal a few weeks ago. 3 earrings and 1 necklace. When I opened the package all three of the earrings were broken. I emailed them about the faulty items and they asked for pictures. When I sent the pictures of the damages it’s been a back-and-forth with them for the past few days. JUST GIVE ME A REFUND! I’ll even put the pictures here. Two of the hoop earrings had broken clasps. The other hoop earring had flowers on them that were completely broken off when I opened the package. It’s like they’re arguing with me over $10 earrings. I’m just so disappointed.

Absolutely shocking. Every piece of clothing is see through.. even black. The quality is so poor. I bought what was supposed to be a purple denim jacket.. it came blue with the slightest hint of purple (pictured). I was so excited to try nasty gal and get some clothes I really liked but what a complete waste of time and money that I could of spent elsewhere!

I was super excited to receive my package, it came in time. Unfortunately my pants had 2 holes (I understand they are small but I don't want to wear new clothes with holes in the ass of it) in it so I contacted customer service to return, they rejected my return and have given me a €3.50 refund. Really disappointed was hoping to get more bits but not worth it.

Buyer beware!!! I ordered a pair of shoes size 6 and they sent me the wrong ones size 9 and the shoes were cheaply made. When I contacted them they didn’t respond. After a second attempt, they said I had to return the item, pay for return shipping, and then repurchase the shoes. So basically, I had to take money out of my own pocket for THEIR mistake. Sent 20 emails back and forth over a week. Each response was the same but from a different person telling me to just repackage the shoes and send them back. Had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back. Worst customer service ever.

Clothes are cute, but very poorly made. I have received items that a damaged with black inc or something of the sort. Also, I received an order missing 3 items. Customer service was horrible! They gave me a refund on the items received, but did not provide any further assistance on trying to get the items that were missing. I told then they were sold out and NOTHING. Also their shipping takes a very long time. I would not order from them again, not worth it.
