I excitedly ordered some boots from NastyGal. And when they got to me, they were super cheap material and they were huge! It's as if i had ordered a mens size. The material was cheap and just with the one time i tried them on, the pleather bent and creased the boot... They were so ugly in person. On top of it i didn't even get my full refund when I returned them. So much for having new boots...i never get myself anything and the one time i do, this happens. Cool. Unfollowing on Instagram and also never purchasing here again.

Wish I could give negative stars. I’ve purchased a few times from here for items for work without issue other than sizing issues (wrong size purchased on my end). I recently placed an order that consisted of 4 items, I only received 3. They refuse to send me the item that was missing because they’d have to pay for shipping on it. They offered me a refund which takes 3-4 weeks. Never again. Can’t believe they won’t pay the shipping for their mistake. So in short, customer service is a joke. You get better customer at Shein with cheaper products lol

So I got this top which took forever to get here but I get the Covid-19 but anyways when I actually get my package it tore up , I get my top and it looks nothing like picture 🤦🏽‍♀️ I really had high hopes for this top and was disappointed , never again will I spend my money on this website

Nasty gal is the worst online clothing website I have ever purchased from. The clothes seem super cute on the models, but when you get them they are terribly POOR quality. Some things were super small and some with gigantic. I got a small top and could not even pull it past my boobs it was so small. I got a size 0 skirt and it’s more like a size 6. I ordered like 15 things and I was going to SETTLE for just 5 of them and return the rest. The five I wanted to keep were still below my expectations. And don’t forget, most of these clothes aren’t super inexpensive. Well it turned out that the amount of time I had to return the clothes started when the order shipped, not even arrived to my house. I expected to have 30 days since arrival when really it was like 15. And I had to keep all of the shitty clothes. My friends don’t even want them. FREAKING AVOID THIS SHITTY COMPANY. I recommend shopping on ASOS. They have the best quality clothes and have customer convenient guidelines for returns and such.

Do NOT buy from NastyGal. I usually never write reviews, so it is a big deal for me to encourage other customers to STAY AWAY. I ordered a pair of biker shorts and when I tried them on they were completely see-through and unwearable. When I explained this to customer service, they were very stern and would not even waive the return fee. Product quality sucks. Online product representation sucks. Customer service sucks. (especially during a pandemic!!!)

I would like to post about this bc I tried to order during the pandemic—and I would highly recommend you don’t. I went on the site and it said they were operating as usual. I was excited to think I could get a nice outfit during this time. We all need a little joy right? My stuff was supposed to arrive 7-9 business days after ordering. I got an email 6 days after placing my order saying it would be delayed indefinitely. This was NOT indicated on the website when I ordered. My stuff is still sitting at their warehouse. I asked to cancel my order bc I don’t want to wait for a month to get my things. They replied by copying their return policy from the website, and refused to acknowledge that they lied on their site. Although it was ok for me to to wait indefinitely, something they were not transparent about, it was not ok for them go cancel my order that has yet to be shipped. All I see is a company focused on profit not people. And post-pandemic, I just don’t feel like this will align with anyone’s values. Shouldn’t our money go to quality and cars? Shame on me really, why did I order from them? They know that returning the item is a hassle and most won’t. So they refuse to cancel orders. They claimed business as usual, but NO ONE IS! In a time we all could use a little joy and normalcy, they sold a lie and profited off peoples desperate need to feel normal. I will never shop at Nasty Girl again. And after reading these reviews, I’m honestly nervous to see what garbage quality arrives. On top of a custom fee and paying to return the stuff.. I am already out enoug money.

I ordered a bunch of clothes, about $500 worth. None of it fit. Had to return it all, found out not only do most international clients have to pay for shipping but they also have to pay to return the items back. Paid about $70 to have the items shipped back to their UK warehouse from Canada. Overall would never shop there again. Quality was below average, 8/10 items fit very poorly. It’s a gamble and I’m not willing to flush another $70 down the drain.

I had a really great experience with Nasty Gal. I was worried about my order because I had begun to read a lot of really bad reviews. However, my item was shipped on a Sunday and I received my order on Thursday. I order jean shorts, two tops, a bodycon dress, a body suit, and a pair of wide legs pants. They were good quality for the price and the clothes fit well. Their "find my size" is very accurate! am super happy with everything I ordered and don't let the bad reviews scare you. Maybe just steer clear of clothes that have that chiffon type material and rouging.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM I recently ordered a pair of shoes and they have not yet arrived. I tried tracking them and the tracking number no longer works. There is no way to reach them and I have never dealt with a problem like this ordering so much online. Not a trustworthy website and don’t recommend it to anyone.

I ordered 6 items and all were disastrous. A top ripped in the same day it arrived. Sizes are way off. Just poor quality made clothes.

I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT order from these jokers. I ordered something as a Christmas gift. It never arrived and tracking basically said it was missing. They don't have customer support. The only option available is to email them. Which I did. They said that the item would arrive today and I noticed when it was tracked that it suddenly showed a tracking number and looked like it was getting ready to ship. Then it sat that way for days. Basically saying it had never made it to USPS. I again started emailing but there is nobody to speak to. They then tell me that it is due to arrive on 12/25. This is clearly a lie since 12/25 is a holiday and USPS isn't going to be out delivering. I email again and they say their system doesn't take holidays into consideration?!!! WHAT? Does it say 12/25 or not? Now they say it says 12/27. However, I can see myself that what it says is that it hasn't arrived at USPS yet so they are LYING. I'm reporting these people to everyone I can think of.

The worst clothing and even worse customer service ever. Btw Boohoo is the same as Nasty Gal but cheaper. NASTY sure is an appropriate word for this company. Do NOT buy from them.

My daughter placed an order on dec 1, 2019. My credit card was charged $35 immediately. we’ve yet to even receive a confirmation email so we can’t even contact them about our order. We have scoured the website to find a number to call, only to find that there is NO PHONE NUMBER. This company is a fraud. DO NOT ORDER from them. I hope they choke and die on the $35 that they swindled from my daughter. Shame on them!

The quality of these items compared to the price is AWFUL. The material is very low quality, see through and falling apart. Buttons weren’t even stitched in just thrown on all unraveling the moment I put the skirt on. At that price might as well go to American eagle or something where the quality is assured... I’m so dissatisfied... I’m almost nervous to return them due to other people reviews about how poor their customer service is.

This was my first order with Nasty Gal and I was excited to find reasonable priced clothing that is still trendy. However, the day my order was to be delivered the post office was unable to deliver due to “missing address”. Nasty Gal literally left off my entire address!! Unfortunately, the post office had to send this item back and once I was refunded Nasty Gal held out $10 I’m assuming for the return shipping. I reached out to them through the email we had been corresponding through and they never replied. I expressed to them that I didn’t feel I should have to pay for the return shipping being as I am not the one who made the error and I was still wanting my product. As this being my first experience I am very disappointed and have no interest in trying to purchase items from them again.

I order two products from Nasty Gal, and am totally dissatisfied with everything. First, I ordered those products about 1 month ago. I check the manager office of the apartment. However, it didn’t received. Thereafter, I contact with the support services. They said that they send those products for the second time. Finally, I find my Nasty Gal order in manager office, and I am surprised that they send just one of those products. Furthermore, I am fully displeased with the product quality. I didn’t contact again with customer service.

Did a huge order and returned everything!! Clothes were appalling quality, cheap see-through fabrics, terrible fit, not like pictures online, and some came damaged with holes in!!? I regularly shop online but it was my first time having to return a full order which says a lot. First and only time ordering from this low quality company, however I do have to say I got a full refund without drama so that was a relief

I got my order in the mail and was really excited to open my package. I bought because everything is on sale right now and I thought I'd give them a try but DONT make the same mistake I did! The clothes are cheap. I mean like not even putting elastics in to actually help pull the pieces over different body types.l cheap. The clothes I bought weren't flattering in the slightest. I'm returning my order. All the organza pieces I bought felt itchy. I'm pretty sure Nastygal has the same factory as Boohoo, that's were the package said it was from. I dont know if this is new information to anyone, but if I had known this before I spent my money I wouldnt have bought from them. Everything aforementioned by fellow disheartened shoppers is true. Dont spend your money here!!!!

I tried returning an item and their website didn’t let me get the return stamp for it and so I emailed them various times and they never reached out to me to fix this problem So I’m stuck with the terrible clothing and no refund!!
