“While one lecturer was qualified, prepared, and effective, the other was wholly unqualified, ineffective in presenting, and quite disorganized. It was quite disappointing.”

“THE 9/27 BANKRUPTCY LIVE SEMINAR. HAS MANY GOOD FEATURES. I LEARNED 3-4 THINGS I THINK WILL HELP MY PRACTICE AND MY CURRENT UNDERSTANDING OF BANKRUPTCY LAW. ON THE NEGATIVE SEVERAL OF THE PRESENTERS USED MATERIALS THAT WERE PREPARED BY OTHERS AND THEY EITHER DID NOT RELY ON MATERIALS AND/OR HAD NOT MADE THEMSELVES KNOWLEDGEABLE OF SAME.”

“This rating is solely a reflection of the fact that the presenter's accent was far too inadequate to be able to understand virtually anything he said. He did not speak English nearly well enough (from a grammatical and pronunciation standpoint) to be an effective or adequate speaker. Not even the closed caption helped because they heard the same thing . . .”

“It was really hard to understand the gentleman and I did not understand how the subject matter material had anything to do with the stated purpose. I logged off after about 30 minutes.”

“The earlier speakers were great. The afternoon speakers had topics that were a little more advanced than what I do, so it was not as interesting. However, I liked the seminar.”

“I purchased a CLE course from NBI which amounted to about $400. The course was advertised as specific to my state. I also called NBI twice and on both occasions, representatives indicated the course was applicable to my state. To my disappointment, both of the instructors who taught the course focused on the laws and regulations in their state(s) which is of no use to me. There was no discussion whatsoever about the laws in my state, hence it remains unclear to me why NBI marketed this course as beneficial for practitioners in my state.”
