“The customer service was phenomenal, and they got the ring to me in good time. I'm not super impressed with the ring (center stone looks more I3 than SI3), but I guess I'll find out tomorrow if she is.”

“If you are going to buy anything from this company please wait and use another company. I paid 2450$$ for a pendant at the end of June for the wife and now it is 2099. Sure feel bad about getting the short end of the stick when I was told this was the best price in the industry. Got lied to pretty bad so do not trust this company. I hope they enjoy the extra money because future business is going to other places.”

Hi Sherri! Please note that we sell real diamonds, and prices for real diamonds fluctuate depending on market value. The price of that item might go up or down in the future- just like any other commodity. That's how the diamond industry works. Telling people not to trust us because a better deal came along months after your purchase is wrong and malicious- we hope you rethink your review.

“We did a lot of shopping at local Jewelry stores before deciding to purchase from National. We liked that we could customize our ring with the color and clarity of our choice, and because we had educated ourselves and had seen several rings with the same color and clarity we ordered, we were confident we would receive the ring of my dreams. WRONG. The diamond was so cloudy I could not believe it. The brilliance was nonexistent. We actually compared the ring with rings that had lower specifications and they had much better clarity and brilliance. The true test was comparing them under a loupe. Obviously there was a mixup somewhere when my stone was selected. I chose National because I wanted a better quality ring than I could get at a mall Jewelry store for less. I didn't get that. However, National stood by their return policy and my refund was issued promptly.”

“Sold me a severely lower quality diamond than claimed. Lower quality and worse color than what I paid for. Completely ripped off. Would never recommend.”

“Feeling very concerned that this company may have gone out of business. Their website has been down for quite a while and they are not answering their phones or returning messages. My husband bought me some fairly expensive earrings and the posts need to be replaced but it does not appear as though this company is either still in business or stands behind their products”

“I ordered earrings in February - despite the state re opening on the back of COVID, and many emails from their customer service saying it was shipping soon, still no earrings and it’s the end of June. They claim the earrings shipped earlier this week but still have not received these and am waiting to talk to a customer service agent as I type this review. I am questioning the legitimacy of this business beyond just the poor customer service with lack of follow up. If this does not get resolved today I not only will want a refund but will be putting this negative review on BBB website and social media.”

Hi Bob! Please note that we create each purchase to order. This process can take a few days to complete as our gemologists need to match two stones perfectly for your diamond stud earrings. “diamond ring received a month after ordering and it lacks the brilliance and spectacle of the pictures on line. In addition on line the appraised value of the ring I purchased is $27,195.72... the actual appraised value when I received the ring and appraisal certificate? $6565.00! Over a $20,000.00 difference! In addition to the lack luster appearance of the ring the box was broken so opened it for the first time to make the ah ha moment... the box fell apart... talk about an unimpressed fiancé!!!!”

“I have been working with National Diamond Outlet since August 2018 to purchase a custom engagement ring and matching wedding band. It took weeks to get the rendering of the rings. Every delivery estimate was wrong; it took much longer. Rings weren't right and had to be returned several times. At this point, I am still trying to get my wedding band fixed. I have been dealing with issues with National Diamond Outlet for MONTHS and am still dissatisfied and frustrated. I have been lied to, put off and generally treated badly for months. UPDATE: Got my wedding band back and it is still not right. They have told me this is the last time they will work with me on this ring; so I am out of luck. Also did not send a Appraisal Report. I most definitely would not recommend National Diamond Outlet.”

“Purchased an engagement ring with band last November. Just recently decided to get another opinion on the diamond. I took it to a very reputable gemologist here in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The appraisal that National Diamond Outlet estimated is $13,970, the appraisal that Israel Diamond Supply in Tulsa Oklahoma (google them, very reputable), valued the ring at was $4,000! A significant difference, and a one star rating is too high for this 'criminal' behavior. I plan to seek legal advice. “Still don't have my product. Credit card was charged when I placed the order - not when it shipped. No updates at all unless I e-mail you. Then I get a response that my product will ship by the end of the week and I will receive an e-mail with tracking number. That was last week - still nothing. I spent a lot of money on blind faith and nothing to show for it. Getting ready to dispute charge with American Express.”
