“When it comes to this process I am totally clueless. The customer service from this company is phenomenal. They are extremely patient and VERY responsive. Even using the term Very Responsive is an understatement in terms of how fast they respond. I asked a lot of dumb questions and they were very patient with me. The documents and instructions are phenomenal as well.”
