I placed my order 43 days ago and have not received my order. I have sent multiple emails to the company and I have received responses saying that mine would be the next to be shipped, it's almost ready, etc. with no follow through. They say their shipping center in the U.S. is still fully operative during their move, yet I still have not even received a shipping confirmation.

Still waiting for my order from 12/6! I now have a tracking # but all they did was print a label and it hasn't shipped yet and the label was created almost a week ago. I don't believe these reviews on this site because there is noway that average delivery time is within 5 days!

It is now two days short of a month and I STILL do not have my product from this company. I suspect a scam and am deeply dissapointed. I was sooo ready to share this product with my friends. NOW! I just want my money back! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :(

Hey Mindy! Hannah here. We got super overloaded during the holidays and our fulfillment centre couldn't keep up, so orders got behind a bit. But we're getting through them all now, and I can assure you that you will receive your order! If it hasn't already gone out, I will prioritize it right now and make sure it ships today!

Ordered 11/19/19 and never received anything. After reading the reviews, I’m getting a refund from my credit card company as this is apparently a scam/fake company.

I ordered my 2 boxes in late November as a gift to my mother and aunt for their birthdays that were in early December. I still have not received them and it is over a month later. I have contacted support many times and every time they promise that it will be here by a certain date and it never happens. I feel like this company is a scam since I cannot even track my order and I still have not received my boxes.

I ordered a package of product Dec 12. Still waiting. wrote once. Got a "we're backed up it's coming" email. I asked for a tracking number but still nothing. Getting rather discouraged.

I ordered my products over a month ago. Received no info from company so I emailed to ask when order would ship. They have now given me a number of excuses including the unbelievable best - they have shipped my order, twice, so it must have gone to the wrong address or been stolen, however, they have no tracking numbers or information about when or how the order was shipped. I have asked to cancel the order and be given a refund. No reply to that request. After I either receive my order (giving them till Jan. 5) or receive a full refund (which I foresee being problematic) I will not purchase from this company again.

Really hated these overrated products. Too expensive for the quality you get. Shampoo made my hair very messy and thin, no conditioner noticed. Soap is soap, I can buy Dr bronners cheaper and would enjoy more. Toothbrushes are too expensive for the function they perform. The sponge is very prickly and I wouldn't even dare use it - as if made from bad old wool. Lip balm is greasy and doesn't heal my lips. Deodorants don't really help with sweating, the scent is so so. What else was there in the bundle? All went to trash, because after contacting the customer support they only gave me an option of return, but I already trashed it all or the condition became unsendable. Too much hassle. Respectable companies who value their reputation would say either to send a replacement or money back without sending anything back. It was big money for me and I'll never return to them again with such prices and service. By the way, the company said they're Canadian, the package comes from Michigan or somewhere else in the US, and the products are made in Turkey. Are you guys hassling yourselves just the way you do it with your customers? And the shipping took a really long time. By that time I was about to cancel the order but it showed up after like a month or even more.

Ordered on 11/26, have not received word on shipping date. I sent an email, as suggested within order invoice, but no response so far. My account was charged $54.71 on 11/27. I would certainly like to have this item by Christmas. Janet

Worst Company! I placed my order 16 days ago. Every time I contact them about it they respond by saying they're busy and understaffed, but that my order will get sent out. And then it doesn't get sent out. BEWARE! BTW They keep sending me emails wanting me to order more stuff. Ha Ha!

The deoderant bar gave me a horrible rash the first time I used it and the shampoo bar made my hair feel horrible and look greasy. When I said something about it on facebook I was met with nasty replies. I will never use any of their products again.

It'd be great if this ever arrived. I ordered this six weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I email and get a message saying that they are backlogged in orders, but then get advertising emails from them with deals on and encouragement to order more. I get it's a business, but also it'd be nice to receive the products I ordered over a month ago before they try to get more people to buy more products.

I ordered the toothbrush that says it has bamboo bristles. However, the bristles were made of plastic and not bamboo, and when I got it the bristles were smashed. i was very unhappy that they were made of plastic!! this is supposed to be a sustainable company, however it was just false advertising.

I find it hard to believe this company is still in business. I ordered the deodorant and chapstick package and right before checking out was convinced by various emails to upgrade to the Everything Bundle because of a special deal going on and to “reduce delivery emissions.” After spending over $50, and 4 weeks later I never received my order. Through a thread of emails back and forth the only thing they could offer me was a refund. Two weeks later, I have no received my refund. DON’T GIVE INTO THEIR SCAMS!

The deodorant is hard to apply because its super solidified if that makes sense, its hard for me to tell if it is actually getting on my skin. The loofa is just bundled up twine that does not hold suds very well.

DO NOT...I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I got a sample product through Pela and didn’t particularly care for it. It took so long to get here. I completely forgot about it. About a week and a half later $38.63 was taken out of my account from Habitat Botanicals. I never received an email from them saying I had a subscription or I was going to be charged. I sent the package back (unopened). I did not get a refund. But I did get another charge to my account for the same amount. Prior to this I created an account to cancel my subscription but when I tried to do so, it said I had no subscription to manage. I sent them a message to cancel my subscription and I have not heard back from them. This is a terrible business model! And sadly, it makes me not want to buy from Pela even though I love their cases just for partnering with this terrible company.

SCAMMY COMPANY!! Same as everyone else is saying. They’ll sign you up for a ridiculously expensive subscription without your consent! Such a shady business practice! Clearly they don’t care to make real repeat customers!

I signed up through Pela's promotion to get a sample for $1 one time only. I ended up the next month with a $84+ charge to my account. This company is a SCAM. I emailed support asking for a refund and was told to login and manage my subscription (which I never signed up for) but couldn't because I didn't even have an account. Whats worse, I was told I could not get a refund and I would have to go to the post office despite that we are on shelter in place due to COVID and mail back the 2nd package of soap I got worth $23 (that I never ordered) in order to get a refund for the $84 subscription. This is ludacris for so many reasons. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

HUGE SCAM!!!! They sign you up for a subscription you never asked for and will not refund your money without you shipping the products back. The products were also horrible and the deodorant does not work at all and has a weird texture. I wish I read these reviews before I purchased them. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS!
