“I have tried pretty much all Canadian exchanges. NDAX is by far the best Canadian exchange - lowest spreads, fees are very reasonable and competitive and customer service is outstanding - better and faster than any other that I have experienced. Recommend without reservation.”

“I strongly advise exercising caution when considering investment in this company. Regrettably, I encountered a severe security breach wherein an unauthorized individual accessed my account and withdrew all my cryptocurrency. The perpetrator not only altered my email address but also navigated the authentication process with apparent ease, leading to the approval of substantial withdrawals. Efforts to establish communication with the company proved challenging, with a notable delay of four business days before receiving any response. Subsequently, my interaction with Julia B, identified as the Chief Compliance Officer, did not yield a satisfactory resolution. Rather than addressing the security issue, she primarily reiterated company policies. Despite the eventual assistance in rectifying the email address, the company's failure to scrutinize the alteration when initially made resulted in a substantial loss on my part. This experience raises concerns about the company's commitment to ensuring the safety and privacy of its customers, seemingly prioritizing hacker prevention over customer protection. The customer service experience could have been better, providing limited assistance throughout the ordeal. Considering my unfortunate encounter, I caution against entrusting your investments with this company unless you are prepared to assume the associated risks. My assessment categorizes this incident as a potential scam, emphasizing the need for heightened diligence and consideration of alternative, more secure investment options.”

“In overall a great platform to stake and hold crypto assets. The verification was fast and easy and the platform is user-friendly. The only thing is that the fees and price volatility might be a bit high for short-term traders.”

“Overall, NDAX is one of the best platforms for Canadians to by cryptocurrency. Commissions are lower than those on most Canadian crypto exchanges. Being able to add funds via e-transfer is a big advantage. Although usually the funds added via e-transfer arrive quickly, sometimes it can take hours if not days. However, I like that recently NDAX has been proactively sending email notifications when there are known issues causing delays, such as in e-transfer.”

“Very professional trading platform. customer service will work to resolve any issues you have. I made an error depositing some crypto, and NDAX techs were able to locate and recover the deposit, which is no small feat considering the volume of blockchain traffic they deal with daily. it took some patience, but NDAX definitely came through for me in this case. I would recommend this platform for all your crypto endeavors.”

“Long time user. This is probably the best exchange in Canada. Moving Canadian dollars from an account to another usually takes 24h hours. Crypto deposit and withdrawals usually takes 10-15 minutes. Never had big issues, however, I did get a few smalls issues over the years but it was taking care by customer service in a timely fashion.”
