“My son recommended it to me, but after reading some of the BBB reviews, I was a bit hesitant. However, after a few weeks of sleeping on it, I can say that my experience has been overall positive. The only downside is that I'm not a big fan of the pillows or sheets that came with it, but that's not a major issue for me since my old ones were just fine.”

“Our old bed was worn down, we saw Nectar on a parents facebook group and wanted to give it a try.. We found the beds at a mattress firm near us and tested them along with a tempur pedic for ourselves and decided for the premier, maybe took us a few days to get used to but have loved it since.”

“Was concernced as im a heavier guy, but overall the mattress has been supportive and comfortable, get some of my best sleep in my life..or least that i remember. The frame I got with them doesn't seem to be the quality i need so have found a new one from Ikea, but customer service was really super helpful with me when I had to make a return.”

“I'm surprised how much I actually like this bed. I read about a smell and didnt have anything, I got mine in just a few days and enjoyed the best sleep this weekend. Its a good mix of plush and supportive.”

“Bought 3 twins for my children, the beds came fast and they seem to love them, sure are comfy to sit on. Some of the boxes came beat up and called customer service because we were concernced they could be dirty and the support phone number worked right away and they were really helpful..So much we decided to order ourselves a new bed but upgrade to their premier version.”

“72 years young and overall my favorite mattress I've ever had.. Have some back trouble but I really think my old mattress of 15 years caused it, now its been a lot better.. cant believe it. My son reccomended the bed and some of these BBB reviews made me question my purchase so had to come and share my experience after a few weeks as over all positive.. I do not like the pillows or sheets very much but that is not a big deal for me as my old ones were just fine.”

“Our sleep number bed didnt ever work for my wife and I. We tried Nectar premier and love it. Took about a week to adjust (from what my wife says was the abuse of our old mattress)...Now we sleep great and miss our bed when traveling.. We got the adjustable to help with snoring..wish they had more options for inhome delivery but the products and interactions were positive.”

“The best customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately, the Nectars mattress was not the fit for me. I have pretty serious back problems so not the products fault. Super disappointed it didn't work out because the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Contacted them on several occasions only to be met with superb interactions. Top notch company! I did end up getting a couple of pillows and will return for a frame. Special shoutout to Sarah I think her name was.”

“I'll be straight and say that the first 30 nights on this bed was not great... I expected it to be a good middle range on firmness/softness.. but it was waaay more firm than I expected and wanted to return it. Nectar sent a free 2 inch topper to go with the bed to soften. I now sleep without the topper and like the bed enough I purchased a second for my kid. The process was a bit of a pain but all said and done really happy but was frustrated with my process.”

“Comfortable and supportive, does well with heat/sleeping cooler. Really gives you the ahhhhhmazing feeling getting into your own bed at the end of a long day with work and the kids. We really love ours and the phone agent was so kind answering all our questions”

“I purchased my Nectar mattress over three years ago and it is still just like new. I had back and sleep problems from my last mattress prior to replacing it with this, but no problems since. The only problem I have now is being too comfortable to want to get out of bed...love it!”

“I am shocked reading these reviews, as I have recently purchased 2 mattresses. I love it! I sleep on my side and it’s fine. The mattress does NOT sink when you lay. I received everything they promised and I thought the price was very reasonable. Hopefully I won’t have any of the problems as listed below. I did like the trial period.! I hope I don’t ever have to return it. Maybe they’re making things a bit better now!”

“I am 68 yrs old and have had back issues all my adult life. I've gone the full circle of beds from water beds to multiple innerspring mattresses, highbred mattresses, cool gel topped TemperpedicCloud mattresses that retailed at $3200. That one was the worst! Then I discovered Nectar. Reading so many reviews and the forever free return review what did I have to lose? The first night I slept ok. The second night I slept better. By the 4th night, I was getting up easily with no pain. I used to struggle just to get out of bed. I couldn't bend at all. Now I'm flexible and pain-free in the morning! Not only do I have 4 vertebrae jammed together in my lower back pinching nerves, but I have Fibromyalgia too. So pressure points were always an issue before. Not anymore!! Truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. And the price is crazy low. As for it being made in China, so is everything else! If you have pain, this is your bed!! BEST BED ON THE PLANET FOR PAIN RELIEF!! LOVE IT!!”

“I love this mattress it is very comfortable! It is a different story for my husband who is heavier then me, I have added a soft foam on top of the mattress and it has helped him quite a bit. So it is a great mattress!”
