Same problem as everyone else with a slide and hide door. Totall bitc*h to clean between the glass. Need to dissemble and reassemble a very challenging task. Engineer on call to put right. I would avoid this oven at all costs

I had an integrated washer dryer from Neff. I was initially pleased with the washer although the condenser dryer cycle was long and items weren’t super dry. However the machine motor blew within 2.5 years, just out of warranty, how convenient, and the pump was very noisy too! Suffice to say after being quote £325 + labour to fix it in several weeks waiting time, I decided to buy a simple washing machine as replacement! Won’t bother forking out for a Neff again, ever……

We bought neff hide and slide 3 years ago. Once of the runners from the hide and slide mechanism had broken. We were quoted three different prices for the part. Poor Neff customer services. We also have a top oven with microwave/grill/ etc. The door no longer closes when grilling. Would I buy Neff again. Not on your Neff Ellie!

We had Neff hide and slide oven , integrated fridge, induction hob plus integrated microwave/ combined oven installed over 5 years ago. We've had no problems whatsoever until the other day when the side runner of the hide and slide door cracked which made it difficult to open and close the door. Went online to neffs spares page where its possible to buy every conceivable part for their products at realistic prices plus theres a complete visual brakedown for repairing their products. Ordered the part and received it within 2 days. Easily changed the runner and the door is like new. Cant understand some of the posts regarding taking the door off and cleaning the glass on the oven . Its a dawdle of a job. Plenty of you tube videos available

5 Neff appliances with new kitchen in 2018. Two now faulty, 2021. Cooker faulty just at end of guarantee and dishwasher now. All only 3 years old. I expect white goods to last a darn site longer than 3 years. Not good enough. I won't be purchasing Neff again. Cooker - intermittently won't turn off so I have to switch off at mains. Dishwasher E19 fault waiting engineer to confirm what fault is and repair.

I Purchased seven Neff units with our new kitchen, altogether we have had 9 call outs in the first two years and still have one oven and one microwave that we have to keep switched off, the oven has been switched off for six months and they cant fix it. They agreed to replace the oven but out its of stock for four months. Very poor products, even worse customer service with waits of three or four weeks for an engineer.

Neff products are 1st class but the service after sales ie repairs are a disgrace, and after two fail products and owing two the service people I will never buy a Neff product again or a product that relies on Neff engineers to attend, disgusting service. A E Pullinger.

New oven, still under gauntee, steam and grease between the glass door, customer service not helpful, told me to cover the food when cooking, stupid. You have to take the whole door off, which I could not do and could not find anyone to come and do it, incase they break the glass. Neff want £99 for a engineer to come out and take the door off. Would not recommend neff oven, not a happy bunny.

I bought a new build house, which had a neff oven and microwave, it’s still under gauntee just over a year old. Oven door steam or food going between the glass. Spoke to customer services and they said it would cost £99 to send someone to take the door off, I could not do it, and asked kitchen fitters if they could. But no one will incase they break the glass. So neff ovens are not worth having if you have to take the door off.

I do not understand why Neff had to make a gimmicky oven door. What was wrong with the old doors? We all survived with the old doors. The other problem being all the gadgetry in order to clean the door turn this, click that, twist this - I mean who has time! Or should I say was it designed by a man to keep women busy?

Problems started when both my hide and slide circo therm ovens were 21 months old. Having baked cakes for years using the same method and ingredients my cakes started to be under baked, sank in the middle, were greasy, dense and very dark. Engineers have been out 3-4 times since August 2020, they seem to work for a couple of bakes then back to usual problems. Wish I’d stuck with my Siemens ovens only started to play up with age. Have decided to mothball my baking tins until I have replaced my disappointing Neff Hide and slide ovens. W

I wouldn’t buy another neff hide and slide although I loved their product previously because I can’t clean the doors.

NEFF oven B3ACE4HNOB, Bought August 2020. Good oven and cooks well. HOWEVER, the slide and hide door is constructed with 3 layers of glass and when used for roasting, fat condenses and leaks down between the layer, staining the front and inaccessible for cleaning. The door has to be taken off and dis-assembled, which is a difficult task requiring tools and much reading of the manual. It takes about 30 minutes to do this, noting warnings about possible damage. The engineer who attended when I reported it as a fault was well aware of this problem and advised us to apply masking tape over the vents at the top edge of the door. The manual stresses that these vents should not be covered. I am very unhappy about carrying out this procedure, which seems to be a clear design fault, and I don’t want to do it each time we cook. A £800 oven from a leading manufacturer should not be on the market with this flaw. I would NOT recommend this oven for this reason plus the apparent disinterest of NEFF. I think all or most of their models have this feature.

My microwave oven has failed several times with need for display board and buttons replaced by various engineers. Finally failed again with grill starting without any signs when operating microwave only. Nearly had fire as direct result. When calling customer service to speak to engineer to see if there was a reset or check to avoid need to replace two ovens at cost of about £1600 I was told could only talk with product advice, as no technical person in head office at UK to speak and all engineers on the road. Advised to call back and go to option 4. I decided to write this review instead. Just wanted advice if a reset or known solution could be tried. Sadly their office personnel know nothing technical about their products. What a disappointment.

I always believed neff was a top quality product. However 3 out of 6 appliances have had nothing but problems. Not only that their customer services are shocking. We explained the part that was broken in one of them, sent in images and and managed to get it sent for free (after a lot of complaints) however, even with pictures and the product number they still sent the incorrect part and are now trying to make us pay to get the correct part. I’ve had £50 microwaves last longer than this and this one cost over 1k! How your screws just rust away like that I don’t know. They should come with a warning and some spares to change them before they do.

am at the moment in the middle of a repair due to the complete failure of my gas (neff) hob informed them 9 weeks ago mid august 2020 got an engineer apt for 5 weeks later (no other options available) engineer could not find house so got put back to office who then informed me that i was put back on the queue for an engineers apt, three weeks later engineer (who found said lost house) also found the fault but,(suprise suprise!!) did not carry the replacement part! said engineer went back to office & ordered part & said he(or the office would ring re a new apt when said part arrives, after waiting a week i have rang office to find state of play & have been told that the part will be here next tues, sept 29th i await in hope & not a little trepidation, will follow this review with an update, & to anyone considering purchasing a neff appliance please (as i only wish i had done) read this review

Like many others we bought Neff on its supposed reputation - before seeing this site. Our oven has just tripped out and does so every time it is switched on but Neff can't get an engineer out foro 13 days. So 2 70+ year olds are expected to live on sandwiches? What worries me too is that NEFF is just a badge and that many other brands are made by the same group and presumably just as dodgy?

Slide, hide and break! Our B57CR22.0B has broken after just 3 years ... extremely disappointing for a supposed quality make. NEFF only interested in sending out an engineer at full cost. My partner actually works for their parent company and has examined the broken parts ... a very inferior quality, possibly made in China, ... we’re not happy and won’t be recommending or buying NEFF ever again.

I bought a Neff steam oven nearly 3 years ago and have used it about 6 times. Neff aren't very helpful with recipes etc how to actually cook in it and I find it so wet and drippy I can't be bothered using it. They always used to give you a lovely cook book with recipes, temperatures and timings etc but don't now, won't even get back to me about it. Simply being able to convert temperatures and timings for recipes for normal ovens would be a great help.Thought I was going to start cooking even more healthily but this is not the case. Really peeved as cost a lot of money. Would really like a reply to my previous emails and telephone calls which were promised but never received. The oven is extremely wet, more so than other owners I've talked to say theirs are. Have bought and used Neff ovens for years but never known such appalling customer service in UK. Even Australia have good customer services, even providing specialist courses for their customers. Today received a cookbook from Germany plus invoice! Don't know if it is a gift from Neff or if they actually expect me to pay for it. Still no replies from customer service. Trying to indicate an answer to questions below is useless as you can only select one box e.g. I've communicated with the company through both email and telephone. Would not even give them one star
