If this company thinks I will let hundreds of pounds go without a product they have another thing coming. Companies house shows all the directors and the charges of the properties they own so I will make a nuisense and stop others being conned out of money because you have not just stolen my money you have totally upset a little boy who was expecting a birthday gift. Absolutley discussing I wished I had read the reviews before I parted with my money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Horrible and most likely a fraudulent company. I finally contacted my credit card/bank and filed a fraud claim to receive a refund after an item I ordered didn't arrive for two months. Avoid doing business with this company.

Sent wrong equipment, rest of order not in stock, charged £350 for delivery that they won’t refund. Customer service number doesn’t work, neither does customer service email or instant chat. We have started a court claim and reported them to the customer standards agency - please let us know if you would like us to include your experience of them for evidence. The more examples we have the better and we can already see from google that there are many.

Unfortunately not recommended. Unfortunately not to be recommended. Ordered on 28.03 with guaranteed delivery promise to 9.4.2020. Until today no goods received. Allegedly shipped, tracking number of Hermes does not work, no tracking at Hermes with the given information possible. Absolutely no response to email inquiries. I have set a formal deadline until 24.04.2020, from then on legal action will be taken.

Avoid this company. Bad communication and the item never arrived within the agreed time. Had to cancel. 45 mins on the phone waiting for my call to be answered

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this awful company. I purchased a 12x6 PROFLEx Pop Up goal around two weeks ago. Upon delivery, I noticed that the back bar of the goal was bent and would not sit flush with the floor. I contacted the company to get the item swapped - I’m aware that things often get damaged in transit, so this was not an issue. Net World Sport then tried to enter into some sort of strange negotiation with me. They stated that the damage does not affect the use of the goal… granted, but you wouldn’t accept a new car with a dented door panel would you!?! They first offered to refund me 10%, then they tried offering me a 20% discount code and now they have gone quiet and are not replying to my emails. All I want is for my item to be exchanged, or a level of compensation which is fitting, which I am entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act. Please shop elsewhere, companies cannot operate like this in 2022!

Spent £1200 on a dumbbell set, it has never shown up and all emails ignored It has to be a sham company. Luckily I purchased through my credit card so will have to make a claim.

Ordered a hot tub in June and paid for it. It’s 11 Aug and we are still waiting. Phone lines are switched off. Generic emails are sent promising it will be dispatched soon. Still waiting. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. If it’s not here in next few days I am cancelling it and will report them to Trading Standards.

I haven't heard from anyone in regards to my order. It's been 12 days now and I was told that I would get a tracking email a few days after I ordered, this hasn't happened. I am now anxious after reading these reviews. Please could you advise how I can get incontact with someone about this?

No show on product ordered 24 May, for delivery 22nd June. No communication, and no response to enquiry made 10 days ago, despite website clearly stating item has been in stock since 26th June and available for delivery. (Now 6th July) Upset daughter still waiting for her birthday present. Wish I'd read the reviews earlier.

Received what appears to be a used basketball net today. Cracked and scratched, pieces missing and the box was cut opened and taped shut. Lodged my complaint using their online system (overwhelmed with complaints and not answering their telephone anymore) but given what I am reading here I’m gonna have to get my credit card company involved.

Unfortunately, I have to give a star to post this review. I would like to give zero stars. I ordered two large 7x21 soccer goals with wheels and paid for expeditied shipping. Partial shipment was received two weeks late. They refuse to refund my money for expedited shipping. I am wanting to return the boxes I did receive since it is now 4 months later and I still don’t have all the parts. UPS documents show that boxes are still being held in customs. UPS and FedEx have emailed me, the purchaser, because there was missing information on my packages and they were trying to get in touch with Net World Sports and they were unresponsive. In order to figure out what I was still missing, Net World asked that I open the boxes, read the directions, and figure out what parts I was still missing. I was unwilling to do that and wanted to return the boxes. They provided the labels but I was going to have to pay for shipping, hire someone to help me transport boxes to UPS, and rent a truck to transport everything. I am unable to lift boxes that contain parts for goals that are 7x21 and given the size of the boxes, the don’t fit into a standard car. Even though they broke their contract by not delivering by the day I paid for it to be delivered, their lack of response to UPS and FedEx which further delayed the delivery, they want to still hold me to the contract that they broke. The solution they offered me is the same - rent a truck, hire someone to help me, pay for shipping, and I would only be refunded 40% of my money. I filed a claim with my credit card company and Net World Sports provided fraudulent documents. These goals were for a soccer tournament for our community. I called prior to the purchase to make sure I would get them in time for the tournament. That was in May. It is now September and I still don’t have everything. I have to file a lawsuit to get my money back. It is a total nightmare and no matter how desperate you may be to purchase equipment from Net World Sports, don’t do it.

I ordered goal posts for my sons birthday when he opened them they had sent 4 lots instead of 2. I rang to ask if I could return the extras they had sent and spoke to a very rude and arrogant individual called Josh. He said due to there return policy they would not provide a refund. This company is a scam they obviously double up on orders and then refuse to refund you. AVOID!!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE….!!! They sent me the wrong netting. I had to pay to ship back to them. I purchased a new net from them right then because I couldn’t wait for the original netting to get back to their warehouse for inspection of net for the refund to be issued. Call 5 days after they received the net and they said they didn’t have it. I said according to UPS. Dacron has it. After many emails of proof showing they accepted it, it magically appeared in warehouse. 2 weeks go by and I get a partial refund for the net. I’m losing roughly $700 over shipping and netting. Josie was the “manager” I talked to and said they wouldn’t do anything about it because I’m getting a “refund” for net but not any of the shipping cost. EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT…!!! Do NOT buy from this company..

Really poor customer services. Have sent my parcel back via post office for a refund and have proof of this. Net world is refusing to give me a refund or a item in exchange. Been chasing for months now and there blaming me! When they have lost my return and still refusing to refund my order or let me speak to a manager

These guys are crooks!!!!!! Do not have them ship anything to North America they will charge you twice for shipping. Their customer relations is horrible. When I called to ask why I had to pay shipping again when it was delivered, the rep said if I full read their terms and conditions (networldsports.ca/terms) I would have seen buried deep in there that they charge extra on top of what they already charge for international shipping, shady!! Maybe just add that juicy tidbit when you got to cart check out. Guess then the customer would see what the real cost is and they would be out of business. They hide the additional "Shipping fee" deep in their Terms and conditions amongst their legal information about their website I wouldn't waste my time with these crooks. All their 5 and 4 star rating and comment 100% fake!!

I am waiting for you to justify why you have sent me two networks of inferior quality to the one offered. I insist that advertising a product for sale and sending another of inferior quality, unless you have a justified reason, is a crime of fraud. Even in the event that they had not been able, for whatever reason, to send the product offered, they should have offered me the possibility of canceling the order or placing it under different and appropriate conditions for the product they had. I urge you to offer me the appropriate response. If this is not the case, I will be forced to initiate the actions that I consider pertinent to denounce this fact. Order Number: 1400016012.

I was sent a golf net 8 feet shorter than what I ordered. No response from customer service after sending requested pics of the net. I am now being ignored. Stay away from this company!
