“Initially, I was impressed with the experience, but unfortunately, the after sale customer care fell short of expectations. After ordering a jacket for my partner, I needed to swap it for a different size, which is a standard service. Despite reaching out via email to their orders@ address, I received no response. Upon calling, I was simply told to return the item for a refund and place a new order. This process not only lacked efficiency but also meant loosing the 10% discount I had on my original purchase. Swapping sizes should not have been this much of an issue, and the inconvenience has left me extremely dissatisfied with the overall customer service experience.”

“Poor service. Ordered a fleece 23/3, advised despatched 26/3 (delivery stated as 3-7 working days). The tracking link continued to state 'tracking not available' but I waited a while in view of Easter in case it was held up and then emailed to chase 8/4 as the item had not arrived. I have not had any sort of reply from customer services. I was about to phone and chase but tried the tracking link again on 10/4 and it then showed the item had just been received by the carrier - it finally arrived 12/4. My conclusion is that it was never sent and it was then actioned following my email; I do understand that mistakes can happen but in the absence or any explanation or apology I won't be using Nevisport again.”

“I was initially skeptical of Nevisport as the discounts seemed too good to be true and there were not a considerable amount of reviews compared to other sites. That said, I purchased a Rab jacket for £80 under retail and it arrived within 2 days to Cambridgeshire. No faults to the jacket or quality issues either. Couldn’t flaw the service and will be sure to use Nevisport again. Whilst nit-picky, my only recommendation to Nevisport is to include more images of their products. My purchase only had the one image so I had to use other sites to compare and make sure it was what I was after.”
