“In terms of timing of installation, very good. Unfortunately the installation itself was very disappointing with the installers incorrectly identifying the place for one of the vents, being told of the issue, agreed that it would be fixed and coming home to a bigger hole being cut in the ceiling above my baby’s bed. The company were good in offering to fix (waiting for this to occur? but I’m really frustrated that this happened (especially after a clear conversation was had to address the issue) and unnecessary damage was caused to my house.”
