“Good parking facilities, airport terminal layout is easy to understand and navigate. Friendly staff. Swift but thorough searches, good shops. Restaurants and bars are expensive.”

“Check in and security is always easy and facilities after security are very good. Parking has also been good until recent. Something has changed at the short stay exit because in the last 4 weeks it has rejected my preloaded ticket on exit as expired!!! This causes me and motorists behind me a lot of hassle. This does not happen when I have used medium stay. I have a personalised plate which has caused no problems in the past”

“Short stay very convenient for airport and reasonable value compared with many other airports. Very convenient that with pre-payment you can go straight to the exit. Only minor downside was a shortage of luggage trolleys - had to go into the airport to find one.”

“Easy to park this time On entry, number plate recognition initially failed but successful second time at barrier. No longer need to call at office if pre-booked Seems unfair I have to pay to drop off and collect my wife when I am paying to use the long stay car park - it would be good to get his as part of the total cost”

“I booked the car park online which was very easy. On the day of the flight I found a space in the car park which was quite full. Parked up and walked to the bus stop and the bus arrived within 5 minutes. On my return it was just as easy. Having paid in advance I kept my parking ticket in a safe place and when I left the car park I was able to drive straight out and head for home. No problems!”

“The website for making the initial booking is simple and very easy to follow. Entry to the car park is no problem, simply take a ticket at the barrier and the registration recognition does it's work. Park, return and the exit barriers have very much improved from what they used to be like as I have not had any issues with exiting at any point over the past year, simply insert the ticket and the barrier raises and I'm on my way.”

“Good value for money as we had a voucher. Very convenient, however difficult finding a space on arrival. Wasted a lot of time trying to find a space. Have to be careful of the gravel when moving heavy suitcases, can damage your wheels. But would use again.”

“Overall the whole experience was seamless, from parking using the advance booking process through to fast track security and onto duty free/refreshments with no holdups on the flight outgoing and a similar story coming back.”
