“airport experience was on the whole very good, however we had two disappointments of our visits, they were; The main problem was on our return journey and going through customs, it was very disorganised and badly planned, queuing up staircases, then divided into two separate queues, only to merge further down the corridor, this happened twice and was very frustrating, depending which side you were on, we were unfortunately in the left queue both times and seemed not to move as quick as the right. The second disappointment was the parking 'meet & greet' I might as well parked in the short stay parking, it was slightly disorganised and not as good as Manchester Airport, which is a proper meet and greet service. Other wise the check in was quick and easy at Jet2 and the customs at departures was very good and quick”

“For the second time in two weeks I have not been able to exit the car park without ringing for assistance I always pre pay for my parking To say the staff are unfriendly and rather rude would be an understatement to say the least I do think the attitude of some of them should be addressed”

“First time parking at Airport. Easy to navigate to long stay and courtesy bus was great from bus stop to terminal and on return. Taking a photo of bus stop number and zone is a must to stop getting lost on return.”

“Easy to get to and within walking distance to the terminal building the only downside is the steel plates on the ground that stick up on the exit could cause some damage.”

“The usual excellent service (short term) fell a little short as the ticket would not let me out of the barrier and the rain was torrential. A little wait for my call to the control centre to be answered and a check to verify my booking and I was then quickly let out. This will not stop me from booking again.”

“the system works. charges comparable for one week stay to a return taxi journey. 5 minutes walk from the terminal.”
