“Parking was easy not far from the main terminal”

“Short stay parking is very efficient. Long stay parking less reliable as buses are infrequent and luggage space poor and the attitude of staff is mixed. Security is good and staff noticeably polite and efficient. Food provision good but quite expensive. Toilets clean. Business lounges - BA is good but for other airlines it is annoying having Silver loyalty cards with several airlines but not lounge access.”

“Only scored 4 as exit was delayed by requirement to call for assistance. This shouldn't be necessary but it seems to happen most times.”

“Easy to use and very close to terminal. For the first time ever had a slight issue on exiting when the automated display said I had exceeded my time. I hadn’t (10mins under) and this was resolved quickly but did mean I was stuck at barrier briefly”

“We had no trouble exiting on our return late in the evening. We would have scored higher but we were puzzled by half empty car parks being labelled "Full" when we parked. We think that they were "unavailable" as part of the parking management strategy. It would be better to label parks open for use as "Available", and to advise users they need to look for one of these.”

“It was cheaper to park at airport than get taxi, that is what encouraging me to use this facility. Not at all far from airport terminal, no hanging around for taxi. 👍”
