“I made an initial enquiry from a website called Australianlogodesigns.com.au and was convinced to get their "Infinite package" for $199. After this a pile of unprofessional and ordinary logos came through most of which had the wrong wording for my business name (which is only three words). I had to give my brief no less than half a dozen times. I explained that I wasn't happy and this went on for some time back and forwards. Eventually I asked for a refund because they had a money back guarantee but they told me that I wasn't able to get one. I have now had to initiate legal action and am following a process including Fair Trading and then possibly court. I would steer well clear”
“Cannot get hold of them and their address is a house, now I see all the bad reviews and am waiting for someone to explain if I will even get my money back because I haven't received anything in their promise of 2 day turn around time. I haven't even got an email reply”
“I had to design my own logo on word after spending an hour and a half on the phone describing it in great detail. They sent me colors and ideas of theirs that had nothing to do with anything I had requested. Then I had to draw arrows to exactly what I needed to look metallic. I got so frustrated I rang the “manager” Chris Jones. Who if you see his name pop up. Ask for anyone else. He is disgraceful, disrespectful and has no listening skills. I then took a break from the process because he was so incoherent and when I returned to start fresh he told me I had to pay another $130 (after I had already paid $129 to begin with) to then reactivate my account as it was inactive for over 2 weeks. When I asked why had he not emailed or called saying that there was a deadline or an extra charge, he said he had and there was no answer which was a blatant lie as he had never left a message and I had never received a miss call. Honestly I lost my head with him as he kept interrupting me when I was talking and asking questions and when I asked to speak to someone else he told me there was no one higher then him. I couldn’t believe if this is the leadership that’s at next logo I can only imagine what the rest of the staff either deal with or are also like. I would never recommend this company to anyone and again stay well clear if you see a Chris jones pop up as your “project manager” as your logo will not meet your expectations nor will you perhaps even receive it without paying the extra fees. They took the money and ran. Horrible experience. I would rather support Zazzle at least there the designers have manners, integrity and imagination. I also believe that the staff wrote their reviews quite honestly after my experience”
“The stuff just trying you to get the payment done and promise you for your needed timeline but after you done the payment they do what they want and they forgot their promises. I asked them if you not giving my logo by the time you promis I want to get my payment back.. They said this is not possible.

“I am disgusted and appalled with the service here so far. I have waited a month for a logo. I specifically asked them to change some minor things. What did they do? They sent me more useless logos that have absolutely nothing to do with my business and didn't read or listen to the exact suggestions I provided along with my own mesh of ideas. I knew I was in trouble there. Finally, after a month I have a logo that is simply put as tolerable. However, hidden fees?! I was told I need to pay another 500 dollars to register my logo when there was no mention of that up front. Hidden fees, bad communication, very slow etc. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM!!!! I am now stuck as I know they will not give me my money back. Still waiting on the different formats of my logo I did choose and a website. Rediculous. Can't do anything to promote my business, get labels or anything made because I am still waiting on them!!! Never again!!! Please choose someone else!!!”

Company was previously known as craftive branding. They were shutdown after tens of customers went to fair trading. Have a look at their reviews first. Company has been known to create their own reviews to fool customers into engagement.
This review will probably be pushed to the bottom of the list after a few more positive reviews will all of a sudden appear. Save yourself the time and argro and DO NOT USE this JOKE of a company.
Firstly they are not based in Australia despite contact details to the contrary. Company is not registered in AUS (no ABN) so if something does go wrong you have not rights. Clients listed on their website are stock images and made up reviews.
Now if this isn't a warning enough lets talk about the quality of their work. Well you can only judge quality if the work is delivered. Mine wasn't after nearly a year. Thousands of excuses mostly blaming me because what we initially agreed to do was all of a sudden to complicated. (happily took my money after agreeing to scope of project).
Communication poor and from several different people (i think its probably one person taking on many different alias to make the company look bigger than they are)
Honestly spent thousands with them (yes im the clown who threw bad good money after bad to try and rectify things based on their suggestions). And i dont even have any website to show for it.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF ANY HEARTACHE AND DO NOT USE. dont make the same mistake i did.
Ive tried my best to warn you. I also encourage others to write post if they have used either companies before. Due to the nature of their business they will probably create another business to cover this one up. So annoying and i feel for anyone who gets caught in this trap.”
