I've been seed cycling for almost 3 months now. Would give a 4.5 rating if I could! My period is not so heavy, minimal period pain and a reduction in spotting. All thanks to the marvellous Nicole Jardim's seed cycling protocol :-) The half point? I have noticed I'm more bloated each month with a hard tummy. I have fibroids and not sure if all that flaxseed is having a negative effect? Would love an update to the protocol to shed light on seed cycling for those with fibroids. Apart from that, really pleased!

Great program, more details than the book (recipes). Still 1.5 months in and trying to reintroduce foods, so I cannot say how it improved my cycles yet. What would give it 5 stars is that there is some important info missing. She had us cut out peanuts, but they weren’t on the food reintroduction list and weren’t mentioned otherwise at the last week of the plan. Are we to never eat peanuts again, if so, why? Or was it just missing from the list? And with the supplement list, which are we to take long-term and which are for short-term use? I’m sure the liver detox was short-term, when would we want to use it again? Once a year? What about the bitters, they contain alcohol, and are they to be used indefinitely? There are others as well that I’m taking and am unsure of the plan. I won’t order more after I use them up but not sure if it’s the intent. I will keep doing a simple warm lemon detox in the morning, as it’s the easiest and most affordable.

Hello Nicole. The seed cycling protocol worked for me within the first month. I have continued with seed cycling into month two and noting good cervical mucus indicating ovulation. I am on track for a regular cycle in month two. Thank you for empowering and educating women on the importance of regular cycles and the impacts to our health. As a Registered Nurse, I understand knowledge is power towards positive changes to improve oneself health. Here's too an healthy period, healthly life. 😀

Very glad to say that with PCOS and 5 months of missed periods, after doing the program for 6 days I had my period for 4 days! Ofc there is a slim chance Im "cured" but indeed its a good sign so thank you for that. I also learned plenty during this process about the types of food my body may be reacting poorly to and what to watch out for in the future. *However,I have a confusion regarding week 4 "integration phase" as if I understand correctly Im supposed to wait 7 days between each food group -> this stretching the full program to 3 months not 28 days? Im becoming a bit frustrated with the little variety of food I can eat so Im hopeful Im misunderstanding this. I am trying to get an answer from the team for 4 days now but no news yet :(

I simply love the idea of having everything in one place as it makes easier for me to get the info and resources I need. It's a point of reference when I need it. The content is appropriate and relevant to the topics and, of course, trustworthy... but I already knew Nicole's job from her 'Fix Your Period' program so it was a certainty.
