Both shoes are looking like new but are broken (cushions exploded)
We're in Europe and they are to the bin! Want to see how this is dealt with
Trying to get a replacement or something, nothing yet, will keep posting on what happened (guess nothing will and we'll move back to Adidas...)

“Outraged. Trainers arrived stained with glue in several places. Laces were sticky and stained with glue as well. Shocking, considering I've spent £65 on a pair of trainers. Spent an hour on the chat to try and exchange rather than having a refund, was told to go into nearest library to print out a label and then send it back. Why can't you email QR code where post office scans it and make it simpler for the customers? Not my fault I received damaged goods. I am cancelling my account with Nike and will be ordering from other suppliers.”

“Received damaged product and on asking for a partial refund since the product was limited edition, customer service was pushing on returning the product, I do want them to realize it takes weeks to reach product and then because of your service standards customer like me have to invest our time again and again. It's been a nightmare dealing with customer service and I wish it has a negative rating option. I will continue buying NIKE products but never from their website. Regretting the decision. “I received an order of Nike Air Max 270 sneakers that I ordered earlier this month. Immediately after delivery, I opened the box to find that both the left and the right shoe appears worn. There was residue was on the soles. It is absolutely disgusting that Nike Inc. does not respect customers enough to ship new and unused products! Sadly, while many businesses had to close their doors, Nike is open and taking for granted the opportunity to do business.
