Horrendous experience. Can't purchase anything. Cards constantly declined despite funds and no issues from bank.

Game delivered without the game cartridge!! I bought Yoshi's crafted world, which arrived sealed but without the game cartridge inside! So far, customer services have completely ignored my complaints - appalling customer service!! I would NEVER buy from Nintendo again, what an absolute joke!

Repair support is non existent, screen has a small scratch on and they have said this broke the battery somehow, absolute thieves. Will be taking this legal if they cannot prove that this causes the battery issue which is physical could not have

I wish I could give 0 stars! In short - you buy something on Nintendo store https://store.nintendo.ie, next you receive email with tracking number from DPD with info : "We are awaiting parcel from Nintendo" , next you contact Nintendo-so-called-support and you are given the same info: “we are currently pending feedback from the relevant team” . The same "copy&paste" template since almost 2 months, no matter what you ask ! This shop is a scam ! I should googled for "nintendo store opinions" before :( There are many others like me threated by Nintendo like garbage. Need some lawyer for mass suit !

Just make sure that nothing happens to your Switch as the support is absolutely shocking! Our Switch was returned twice with joycon rail issues, the first time they didn't fix it and the second time they tried to charge us £190 for alleged water damage after holding on to it for over 3 weeks.

I ordered a Switch dock with a charging cable and an HDMI cable. Their website mentioned that it would be shipped to me in 2-4 days. What it didn't mention is that my order wasn't fully in stock, so I waited for almost 2 months until I received an e-mail from them saying that my order was cancelled because it didn't have enough funds. I checked my funds and saw that I did have enough, and when I contacted Nintendo I was told that their cancellation was irreversible and that I should place a new order, which would probably place me at the back of the waiting line again and there's no way to trust that the payment process will go correctly next time and that they won't cancel that order immediately as well.

Worst experience with customer support. I have a Nintendo Switch and it was not charging and it was under warranty. I was in touch with their customer support to fix this but no luck. Then Nintendo support requested to send the device to them. When they received it then they send me an email that the device is damaged and that is why we could not cover this under warranty. It was working since the last charge. My son complained that it is not charging when the device battery was showing 5%. Which means everything was fine and it was not damaged. Even I confirmed with my son that he didn't drop it on the floor or something. Now they are asking for $106 to repair it. I would like to let you guys know that please avoid this product.

My Credits were swept away from me while my account was whipped without me knowing and I was looking forward to buying two new games, as far as that I also wasn’t given redeemable currency’s in the website over all everything else went well I suppose ;-;

Hi, I have returned my items worth £1,799.95 on the 04/01/2022. Received by Nintendo on the 07/01/2022. After this they advised that I should receive the refund after 14 working days. Today we are the 25/01/2022. I have been chasing this for a long time and I have escalated this many times. I have received no update from the team in charge. I do not recommend this company as this is a shocking service. The customer service on the LiveChat is useless. This is a big amount and I want my money back.

Impossible to return an item - live chat doesn't work and I'm now being told I'm outside of the 14-day return window and need to provide proof that the live chat didn't work. Can't believe how dodgy the website is for a company as established as Nintendo. Update: My return was since accepted by Nintendo so I sent the item back on 13 Dec 2021, which Nintendo received on 15 Dec 2021. I still haven't received my refund as of 7 Jan 2021 despite this being 14 working days ago. Chasing Nintendo as to why I haven't received my refund and when I will receive it has been unsuccessful so far. AVOID buying directly from Nintendo, they're a shockingly shady company.

Ordered on Thursday 09/12 just after midnight. After reading reviews once ordered I was very anxious I would not receive the console bundle intime for Christmas or at all. I am absolutely amazed at the fact it was delivered today, two days after I placed the order, in less than 48hours even. It is well packed, although maybe it could do with some bubble wrap at the bottom of the box, just for extra protection. Thank you very much to nintendo.co.uk and whoever got my order ready and processed, absolutely fabulous service. Will defo order from here again.

Probably the worst experience I have had with a company. I deleted my account thinking this is how I stopped online payments. It was not made clear this would render my switch useless. Nintendo ignored me for four months before telling me there was nothing they could do. They refused to refund me or even apologize. They are happy to waste your time and money. Do not buy from Nintendo.

Awful awful experience took 2 payments no console arrived just a game this is a month ago still no console no refund nothing it’s been and still is a stressful experience it’s like dealing with dummies not a big company never ever buy from these idiot cowboys !!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give them zero I would. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I have been had. Their customer service is woeful. They don’t answer questions and when they do it’s copy and paste with little care for what’s actually being presented to them. Missed deliveries, lost items. Do yourself a favour and buy your Nintendo items anywhere but from the official store. I wished I had read the other reviews on here before making that mistake, hopefully this will help others avoid it.

Nintendo's own webstore is TERRIBLE. Avoid using it like you would AVOID THE PLAGUE. -6 WEEKS later and still no delivery!! -unable to cancel the delivery - we no longer want it. -they have taken the money. NO REFUND -Customer service just don't care. They IGNORE YOU I can't think it's fair to take almost £600 for products that don't actually come?? We got so frustrated we bought the items we wanted from ARGOS - so much better - it only took 5 mins

My experience with Nintendo UK has been shocking. I imagined Nintendo to be a good brand. But since my £350 order never arrived and they refuse a refund and blame their courier (Hermes) I am blown away that they can get away with that! Do not buy from them direct. Instead go to a local shop where you may get support.

Nintendo with their customer care have really lost their way. I’ve been a fan of Nintendo for over 30 years now and have owned every console and have never had a problem with their customer care team in all that time until now. I bought a game from their store (digital down load) which was faulty and very glitchy. When contacting Nintendo I got a cut and paste answer after 3 days of waiting, to tell me it was my job to get in contact with the developer of the game. I find it insulting that the lack of so called customer care I was given. The email address was given to me via their chat in the first place. You can’t even call them on the phone. it’s just a joke they take your money and expect you to get in contact with the developer of the game yourself. If anything they should have done this for me as I sent them evidence of the fault as well. I’ve now gone through PayPal to get my money back
