“Ordered on Thursday 09/12 just after midnight. After reading reviews once ordered I was very anxious I would not receive the console bundle intime for Christmas or at all.
I am absolutely amazed at the fact it was delivered today, two days after I placed the order, in less than 48hours even.
It is well packed, although maybe it could do with some bubble wrap at the bottom of the box, just for extra protection. Thank you very much to nintendo.co.uk and whoever got my order ready and processed, absolutely fabulous service. Will defo order from here again.”
“I previously have ordered from them. They are great with communication at keeping me updated on where my products are. When they are disparched. Emails. Great value of price for what you pay for. Some great products on their sites. I love to buy things off their site. Great company. Great experiences. Great satisfaction from this service. Deliver roughly on time sometimes just after. But with coronavirus going round is reasonable to why there was a couple of days delay. I will recommend this site to a friend to purchase. 5 star from me.

“Recently bought a 2DS XL hand held game. The price of buying direct from Nintendo was the same as most other places and it comes with a two year warrantee which didn't seem to be available everywhere - it certainly was not made clear on the sights I looked at. After ordering I wished I had made the purchase from Amazon as they offered, for an additional £15.00, a three year protection against fault and accidental damage. My experience with these is that they can be accidentally damaged - my wife got over excited with it and twice it has had to be replaced through accidental damage.”

In short - you buy something on Nintendo store https://store.nintendo.ie, next you receive email with tracking number from DPD with info : "We are awaiting parcel from Nintendo" , next you contact Nintendo-so-called-support and you are given the same info: “we are currently pending feedback from the relevant team” . The same "copy&paste" template since almost 2 months, no matter what you ask ! This shop is a scam ! I should googled for "nintendo store opinions" before :( There are many others like me threated by Nintendo like garbage. Need some lawyer for mass suit !”

Our Switch was returned twice with joycon rail issues, the first time they didn't fix it and the second time they tried to charge us £190 for alleged water damage after holding on to it for over 3 weeks.”
“I ordered a Switch dock with a charging cable and an HDMI cable. Their website mentioned that it would be shipped to me in 2-4 days. What it didn't mention is that my order wasn't fully in stock, so I waited for almost 2 months until I received an e-mail from them saying that my order was cancelled because it didn't have enough funds. I checked my funds and saw that I did have enough, and when I contacted Nintendo I was told that their cancellation was irreversible and that I should place a new order, which would probably place me at the back of the waiting line again and there's no way to trust that the payment process will go correctly next time and that they won't cancel that order immediately as well.”
