“We had a bit of a nightmare with a courier losing the parcel, and I fully expected to have to chase down Niori and go through some annoying claims process. Instead, they were already on it. I called them the day I noticed the tracking hadn’t moved, and they told me they were already speaking with the courier and would either locate the parcel or send out a new one within 48 hours. Sure enough, they followed up the next day, confirmed the original had been lost, and sent a replacement that arrived two days later.”

“I changed my mind about the finish I ordered about 30 minutes after placing the order, and I figured it was too late. But I emailed anyway and someone actually responded that same afternoon saying they’d already updated the order and changed the product before dispatch. I really appreciated how quick and efficient it all was. Most places would’ve told me it was too late or made me return it later.”

“I had a lot of questions before placing my order, mostly about whether the pendant I wanted would work with our ceiling height and what kind of dimmer I’d need to use. I sent an email expecting a generic reply, but instead I got a really helpful message with detailed answers, product suggestions, and even photos showing how the fittings would look. They made me feel like they’d actually read what I asked and took the time to give a proper response. It was so much better than the kind of rushed support you usually get. Absolutely no regrets about choosing Niori for this one.”
