“I love the bed for my princess! I would have loved if purchase allowed assembly assistance. The bed looks the size of a single also when putting up the bed a few of the wooden parts were missing therefore needed to purchase myself to complete the bed. But nonetheless bed is beautiful and suits my baby girls room perfectly.”
“I purchased a single bed and matching chest of drawers for my daughter. The price was very reasonable. Delivery was very quick. Putting the items together was simple enough. Instructions don't come with each item which is a fantastic way of saving paper. Under each item on the website is a link to it's instructions. I did find that the instructions and parts for the bed were different on the instructions compared to what i actaully got but i figured it out and was fine. Both items are very sturdy and look fantastic in my daughters room. Both the bed and drawers have enough clearance underneath for storage. I will be returning to noa and nani again in the future.”

“These bunkbeds are beautiful- very well built with exactly the right amount of height clearance on the lower bunk. We have had them just over a month- they do not squeak or move when my eldest climbs to the top and I am happy to climb up there myself to change the bedding! I am so pleased we found NoaandNani, the beds were very reasonably priced and I have two very happy daughters. Bought the mattress for the top bunk and it is very comfortable (speaking from my own experience and also my daughter doesn't wake up all night!). Thank you!”

We use it as a dining table and a desk, we just have one half open for the 2 of us which is the perfect size but you could easily fit 6 people around.
It takes a little while to put together but instructions are clear and once up, it’s sturdy and good quality.

“I usually try to give good reviews but I'm afraid it is rather hard to do so with this company. My experience has not been great, I ordered a triple bunkbed which I am actually really happy with despite the fact that there were 5 screws missing to assemble the base of one of the beds, my children also really love it. However the bunkbed only came with two mattresses when I ordered three. Customer service did notify me that my delivery was a split so I was expecting my item to be delivered the next day especially as I paid extra for next day delivery. Its been a week now and after chasing it up I've been notified that the courier cannot locate the mattress. I was refunded the delivery fee but its just been so frustrating with the lack of communication from customer service, and just sheer incompetence.”
“The bunkbed is nice and easy to put together. My toddler loves it. However customer service has been awful. Mattress bought with bed to go on top bunk does not fit correctly which makes limbs slipping inbetween slats an issue. Customer service explained its meant to be that way and they are not interested in safety, returns at my cost only. Just be careful what you order and hope you don't have to contact customer service.”

“We are very happy with the Una Bunk Bed that we purchased from Noa and Nani. It's a very sturdy bed and was relatively straightforward to build. The delivery came very promptly and there were no issues. Our son loves it!
However, the cashback process is quite complicated, otherwise, it would have been 5 stars. I'm still not 100% convinced that it is going to come through, but the online chat that I used to get a response was smooth and the advisor was helpful.”

“I purchased from this company based on reading the reviews about it. What a mistake, I got the item delivered fine until i discovered that they had sent the wrong item. This is when everything went wrong, we tried to contact them on the e-mail which is on the website and states that they would get back to you in 72hrs (we are currently at 6-7 weeks) messaged them on Twitter and on Facebook no response and we can see they are still active on both platforms, we even found a phone number and rang that which went straight to an answer phone which we left a message on still no answer.
I would warn people against using this company as they seem to be very poor at responding to missing or incorrect delivery's (search on google, twitter and facebook)”
“Very happy with my purchase of the Astrid Single Sleigh bed frame and a Deluxe mattress. Website is easy to navigate, prompt dispatch and delivery and it was fairly easy to put together. My only complaint is that two of the boxes were damaged on delivery but the product was not damaged luckily. My daughter is very pleased with her new bed.”
