Damaged furniture. No telephone number or live chat available. No response to emails other than automated replies stating customer service will respond within 48 hours, which of course they do not. Still waiting for response. Have not ordered from them before and will not again.

Bought Annika Bistro Set Table with 2 Chairs for £99. One chair arrived broken. Emailed Noa & Nani immediately with 6 photos. The chair wasn’t economically repairable so I disposed of it after waiting ages for a reply. After 3 weeks of wasting my time they bizarrely offered £25 if they collected the broken chair or £15 without returning chair. Like they don’t believe me?!? They certainly wouldn’t repair and resell. No faith they would refund me. Told them to forget refund. Loads of similar bad reviews. Dodgy company. Avoid.

I do not write reviews... This is a WARNING! Do not waste your time, the customer service received was so incompetent that my child went without a bed for 10nights after a simple request to replace a missing parcel. I had to speak with the courier directly as N&N do not have a working customer service phone line or converse over anything other than email with their couriers or customers. N&N are hiding behind a computer, another faceless organisation focused on profits over customer satisfaction & retention. Complete incompetence is an understatement. The courier (Panther - who are also useless but at least have a working phoneline!) conveniently blamed N&N, who then blamed the courier. After 10days of incompetence they finally sent out a replacement which was requested 2 days into the saga. Quality is average plenty of marks and chips on the product before we even talk about the hours it takes to build by even the most experienced handymen! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE I am extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service from this company. I ordered a mattress for next day delivery on Thursday due for delivery on Friday as my daughters old mattress was due to be collected and disposed of that day. Friday arrived and after initially receiving confirmation of a delivery slot from the courier used by Noa & Nani this was then updated to 'unable to be delivered' I contacted both this company and Noa & Nani and so far have just been fobbed off. We are now Monday evening and I am no further forward with this matter. The courier have confirmed to me that the item has not been given to them by the sender (Noa & Nani) but after contact Noa & Nani on several occasion they keep telling me it has been sent and that this is an issue with the courier. Whilst I appreciate as a gesture of goodwill I have been refunded the next day delivery fee, Noa and Nani are still unable to update me on a guaranteed date for my mattress delivery despite promises both by email and live chat today that this would happen. I have absolutely no confidence is the ability of the company to even dispatch a replacement mattress to me and even if they do they have yet to confirm this. My 5 year old daughter would have been sleeping on the floor for DAYS if it wasn't for the fact that I have had to go out and purchase a air bed for her. I am honestly appalled that I feel the only way to get a resolution is to write a lengthy complaint on here as when I asked to raise a complaint I was advised that this would be looked at by a manager but not until after the matter was resolved?!! MY COMPLAINT RELATES TO THE FACT IT IS NOT RESOLVED SO WHAT USE IS THAT!?

Wish I'd found this page before buying from them! Awful customer service. Their website clearly states re: cancelling an order that "If the item has not been dispatched then we will process the cancellation and the refund immediately." This is a complete lie. I contacted them after putting my order through to cancel it, and they said they couldn't process the refund. So I now have a chest of drawers I don't want (or I could pay 45 quid to return it - !)

DO NOT BUY FROM NOA AND NANI THEY ATE SCAMMERS. The best way I can describe this company is an absolute shower of s**t. Ordered a bed for our son and over a month later and several emails later we still haven't received it or a refund. We have no idea were the bed or our money is. This company is out to scam people. Trying to contact them via phone is non existent and they rarely reply to emails. Avoid at all costs.

Generally their products are good but if you get an issue it is impossible to resolve it with them. I ordered a bed for my daughter and it came with some of the wrong screws - we contacted them and to be fair, they sent replacements out within a couple of days. However, they sent exactly the same "incorrect screws" out and when I advised them of this they said they would send them again that day - almost a week passed and I hadn't received a tracking number so I chased again and was sent one that showed the DPD collection had only been booked that day and it hasn't updated since. I have tried to get in touch via the phones (they give hold music and then cut out) and I'm no longer getting replies on the email. So my daughter is into week 3 of sleeping on a mattress on the floor and I have no idea when I am going to be able to build the bed

The Fairies Package (tent over the slide) that screws on the wooden bunk bed is potentially lethal...the flimsy metal frame shears at one mounting point and the other end splits the poor quality wooden frame. Absolutely dangerous rubbish. I am going to complain of their local Trading Standards. .. This is dangerous rubbish....a long way to fall for a small body.. AVOID AVOID. Oh...they don't want to know or contact you when you leave a telephone number on their" Contact us" Pathic customer care...

Bought a Moro bunk bed with slide plus FAIRIES PACKAGE. The metal frame is not fit for purpose. IT IS POSITIVELY DANGEROUS. The tube secured to the upright snapped and the other end of the tube shattered the "wooden" horizontal bar. It could not support my six year old Granddaughter. ..!!!

We have ordered multiple items from Noa and Nani. Generally their products are good but if you get an issue it is impossible to resolve it with them. We ordered a mid sleeper bed for our daughter with a tower and slide. As we unboxed it we realised a part was missing so the tower cannot be constructed correctly. We tried to contact them to get the part sent but it’s impossible to find a contact email to message them. We filled out the contact form multiple times in the last few weeks and have never received a response. So we are lest with an unfinished bed for our daughter. It would be so simple resolved if they allowed you to contact them easily. It seems they are great if your stuff is complete and undamaged but if you get a problem then you are on your own with defective goods and no comeback.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I believe them to be totally untrustworthy. I have asked a few simple questions such as what are materials are your mattresses made out of and they can not answer. They say they do not have this information. That their products are made in China but they wont provide this information. Why would you sell products that you sleep on (especially for children) if you do not have any idea what they are made out of. This goes against customer rights. Mattresses and beds should pass safety standards. Please re consider before you buy a mattress for your child. Please think about this, as the products are likely to be filled with non safe materials.

Awful experience and awful customer service. We were so surprised and disappointed after so many positive reviews on this website. We ordered a table/chairs and bench set up through Noa and Nani but on assembling the chairs, we noticed they were damaged and generally of poor quality. We returned all 3 chairs but have not received a full refund for all three of the chairs we returned. We requested to speak to management and requested some explanation as to why but despite many messages back and forth we have been palmed off each time… We haven’t even had an apology! I have tried to log an official complaint too, but again this has fallen on deaf ears. We will never be using this company again, nor recommending them to anyone else. Highly recommend looking into other more reputable companies before placing and order through Noa and Nani. Really not worth the aggravation should you have a problem with your order.

In June 2020 I ordered a cabin bed. This arrived promptly but I could not complete the building of a chest of draws as the had sent the wrong part (2 left side pieces of the draw instead of a left and right). They could not provide me with the missing part. I waited over a year for the component to come back in stock at which point they sent me out a replacement set of drawers. On opening this I discovered I had been sent the wrong set of drawers. After quite a bit of hassle they agreed to collect the incorrect item and issue a refund which I have not received a month after they claimed to have credited my account. The onus is still on me to provide evidence from my bank that I have not received this money. The failing in quality control, competence and infringement of my statutory rights is appalling and I would not recommend this company at all. An extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory experience all round.

The bunkbed is nice and easy to put together. My toddler loves it. However customer service has been awful. Mattress bought with bed to go on top bunk does not fit correctly which makes limbs slipping inbetween slats an issue. Customer service explained its meant to be that way and they are not interested in safety, returns at my cost only. Just be careful what you order and hope you don't have to contact customer service.

I purchased from this company based on reading the reviews about it. What a mistake, I got the item delivered fine until i discovered that they had sent the wrong item. This is when everything went wrong, we tried to contact them on the e-mail which is on the website and states that they would get back to you in 72hrs (we are currently at 6-7 weeks) messaged them on Twitter and on Facebook no response and we can see they are still active on both platforms, we even found a phone number and rang that which went straight to an answer phone which we left a message on still no answer. I would warn people against using this company as they seem to be very poor at responding to missing or incorrect delivery's (search on google, twitter and facebook)

I don’t even know where to start! Terrible company terrible service! Ordered a bed on a buy now pay later, it was not, they straight away took the money from my account! I emailed which they ignored, I then emailed again straight away saying I no longer wanted the product, they also ignored this, they then went on to send the product anyway with still no communication which I had said I no longer wanted charging me £30 for this delivery. When it turned up the box was damaged, and yes boxes get damaged in transit however this had been ripped open and sellotaped back together, I emailed again with pictures saying I cancelled this order and it needed to be collected, then they finally got back to me just repeating themselves saying that I would have to pay for it to get posted back! This is still going on now! They are just ignoring my emails! I ordered and cancelled this order on the same day (Saturday) it arrived Tuesday with no communication given to me, it’s now Friday and they are replying to my emails maybe once a day! I still have not been refunded and the product still has not been collected! I am completely disgusted with this! DO NOT buy from this company this product was £210 so not cheap! Quick enough to take your money but not to give it back when there is a problem, I’m so annoyed, I cancelled the product straight away so it shouldn’t even be on my property let alone the company having the cheek to try and charge me to send it back

Delivery was great everything else a joke. We started putting the Karlstad Sideboard together everything seemed great finished the unit apart from the drawers and doors then as I turned the last page of instructions there was no information on how to put the hinges on the doors how hard can it be so I give it a go anyway we have tried every hinge on every door and none of it works so after looking at the parts there is 4 hinges the same and 2 different tried again and no matter what the doors dont fit on properly so I emailed the company frustrated then fully looked at page numbers on the instructions and it goes from step 12 to step 18 so a full page missing it could have been simple like the rest had they put them in but this isnt the that bad sometimes errors can happen but there was no response to my email till 2 days later when eventually I recieved a email saying the sorry weve had a back log of messages we can send you the instructions no problem. Then no response from this no instructions sent nothing so I've been waiting for 4 days with a unit with no doors and to be honest I dont even think the hinges are right because we have tried every combination and they just dont fit

ORDERED OLIVER BED AND MATTRESS ON 23/11/20 BITS CAME IN DRIBS AND DRABS OVER THE NEXT MONTH.BUT NO MATTRESS SO SENT A EMAIL HAD A REPLY SAYING THERE HAD BEEN A MIX UP SO CANCELLED MATTRESS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND. SO STARTED TO BUILD ON THE 23/12/20 AS A CHRISTMAS SURPRISE FOR MY DAUGHTER SO ORDERED A NEW MATTRESS FROM AMAZON CAME NEXT DAY BUT THE BED WAS MISSING BED FRAME HAD BROKEN CUPBOARDS AND 2NO DESKS. COMPLAINED SENT PICS. THEY ADVISED THEY WOULD REPLACE. THAT WAS THE LAST EMAIL I RECEIVED 5 WEEKS AGO. SO TAKING THESE IDIOTS TO COURT.
