“I usually try to give good reviews but I'm afraid it is rather hard to do so with this company. My experience has not been great, I ordered a triple bunkbed which I am actually really happy with despite the fact that there were 5 screws missing to assemble the base of one of the beds, my children also really love it. However the bunkbed only came with two mattresses when I ordered three. Customer service did notify me that my delivery was a split so I was expecting my item to be delivered the next day especially as I paid extra for next day delivery. Its been a week now and after chasing it up I've been notified that the courier cannot locate the mattress. I was refunded the delivery fee but its just been so frustrating with the lack of communication from customer service, and just sheer incompetence.”
“I had an absolutely awful experience with after sales customer service. I have complained directly and revived a £50 refund but didn’t really make up for the huge inconvenience and awful service I received. Will seriously consider purchasing from here again.
The produce itself is good though, sturdy and easy to assemble.”
