Placed an order, never arrived, never got an answer to my emails or calls, now I must wait 50 days for a refund ........ THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE. SCAMMERS !!!!

on 9/7 received an email that order had shipped. No tracking number. Today it's 10/4 and still no order or shipping information. Have sent numerous emails with only a canned response that someone will get back to me. Also, phone just rings and rings.

ordered my item to UK over a month ago says it's been lost in transit offered me a replacement and free gift 2 weeks ago still nothing, tried emailing with no response .....think there people are con artist will be taking this futher!

Had a mistake with my order. Tried calling the number provided on the email multiple times for a few days and I get a busy dial tone every time...Also emailed them multiple times and haven't heard or received anything but an email stating my request was received..lol and still haven't received my order..smh bad business

Order lost in transit. I opted for replacement and they offered a complimentary gift which I never received. The package did not contain any instructions on use of product. I will never use them again, nor should anyone else!

I'm in the same boat - ordered over 4 weeks ago.. lost in transit.. replacement has been shipped.. apparently. I have lodged a report with Scamwatch - suggest we all do and get them shut down. Also - I have seen some items they are selling available in Woolworths since purchasing online.

I placed an order for 2 egg cookers on August 30th. I never received confirmation of shipping. I contacted them on September 22nd. They claimed the item was shipped (the website still said 'packing') but that the shipper lost it. They promised they were going to process a new shipment and send a tracking number. As of September 30th, I have received no tracking number, no shipping confirmation, and no product. I should have looked up reviews before I ordered.

Ordered an item on August 30. After 2 weeks I contacted them about the status of my order and was told that the shipper lost it in transit and that they would re-ship a new order to me, along with a free gift. Took another 3 weeks to get my item, but of course, no free gift. Inquired about the free gift and they advised they hadn't decided what the free gift would be, but that most likely it would be a 60% off coupon for a future order. Their items come from China and take forever to arrive. No way to talk to a live person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

If anyone is buying anything from this company please purchase through PayPal at least there is buyer protection as opposed to using your direct credit card. I ordered two items August 30, 2018 some weeks later i emailed asking a status update. I was informed that my order was lost by the shipping company and they gave me two options a new order with free gift or refund. I chose the first. After sometime i realised they were not saying anything about my new order and kept giving me the run around. I requested a refund and i reported them to PayPal. I got back my money thanks to PayPal. Only thing good about this so called company is their prompt respone to emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! IF YOU DO PURCHASE THROUGH PAYPAL! Unreliable and untrustworthy

After almost a month, haven't received my order. Want my charge card credited and if it doesn't happen will be filing fraud charges!!!

I too had my parcel lost in transit, and was offered a replacement with a free gift but chose the full refund. They were very quick at responding to my emails and gave me a refund within 4 days BUT I paid 142.60 for my order and the refund they gave me was 130.00. I ordered from canada so because the exchange rate was different on refund day i received less. Obviously they're desperate for money so I consider it a donation and will share my experience in hopes that no one else donates to this company.

VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I regret not doing my research and seeing the reviews before ordering. TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! I emailed customer service after 16 days had gone by and my product still showed to be “packing”. They DID respond right away stating the package was sent out and returned a week earlier and they would resend with a free gift for the inconvenience or refund my money. I thought, mistakes happen so just send my product. They responded saying that I would be receiving another email with tracking information but that email never came! 7 days later I emailed Services again stating that since they can’t deliver my product , or on anything they say, to just refund my money and I will purchase from a reputable merchant.

Waited 3 weeks for my order but didn’t come, emailed them they said it was lost in transit and they would try again and include a free gift but after over 5 weeks no item and no refund... STAY CLEAR!!!!!!!

Took a month to get item. Item was shoddy and unusable. Definitely not reccomend.

I never get what i ordered. And just lost about 160 danish cash. I have never in my life experienced so such a bad thing like this. I will change this review more good, if i could receive my order. Or at least, get my money back

Ordered one item (a spatula). Waited a few weeks and did not receive it, so I contacted them and they advised that it appears that it was lost in transit so they would send me a new one. After waiting another 2 weeks, found out that my second shipment had not even been shipped yet and was still being processed in China, then it supposedly takes at least 30 days to arrive in the US. Poor customer service and practices. Will NEVER order from them again. They are terrible!!!!!

Ordered an item, they charged my card right away and stated it was being packed that was 4 weeks ago, I emailed asking where it was. They said the shipping company lost it and they would send me another with a free gift or refund my money. I haven't heard anything since that email
