“Ordered an item, they charged my card right away and stated it was being packed that was 4 weeks ago, I emailed asking where it was. They said the shipping company lost it and they would send me another with a free gift or refund my money. I haven't heard anything since that email”

The baby shower is long gone and baby has arrived- still no Peek a Boo Bear. Will not be ordering Noah's Cave again! VERY UPSET! Will be contaceting the BBB if I do not get my order and a response soon!”

“This seller is a scam. Orders are just transmitted to China for shipment from junk suppliers in China and will take weeks to arrive, if ever. Their site is designed only to sucker first-time customers into placing and order. No one would ever order from them a second time. No mention is made of how long delivery will take or where it is coming from. They have a fake support "chat" that no one answers, except a robo-email the next day. You cannot contact them for real communication. Probably a one-person operation. Total scam, do not order from them.”
