My paid $146.06 for a pair of sneakers that is worthless, have send two emails about how to request a return label, as of this date she has note heard from a damn soul at no bull, I feel like they are full of bull (S)

Really poor customer service. Online ordering is broken. 6 support request to simply get my order attached to my account. Shoes were wrong size. Return process broken. They acknowledged receipt of my return. 2 weeks later, still waiting for refund. Probably need another 6 support contact. Rather call my Amex and have them deal with them. Nobull No thanks. I will stick to Ecco.

Been in the shoe business for a long time. It's too bad. I thought this was a good brand, especially with the group, came from Reebok. The shoe may be fine. I'll never know they never shipped . The customer service was beyond anything that ever had. I ordered the shoes I couldn't find a track or trace number unless I download some app. I called no answer. I sent five emails no answer I kept record of all of them. I finally got a hold of someone through text and they told me and challenged me that I never sent the emails even though I sent them the links to all the emails asent. What happened to customer service? Then they told me they don't know why the shoes haven't been shipped. And then I got an email 10 minutes later saying the shoes have been shipped but they still haven't been. Then it was told it was 3 to 5 days to get my money back on my credit card . They should change the name too name webull....

website says true to size which is NOT true. Mine are way too tight for my regular size. they took almost 3 weeks to reach me and that's no bull! Expensive and a waste of time and money. They need to jump start their delivery process and make sure to give the consumer better info on sizing.

Ordered shoes Oct 8th because of a coupon I saw on Latimes.com for 30%off. They said they would not honor it after it accepted the coupon online and showed the discounted price but because I was not a CrossFit headquarters employee. Apparently the offer was only internal but got leaked? Whatever. I said fine, just send anyway but it’s Oct 30 and they ignored my emails and just finally today admitted the order was “lost”not just once, but twice and they will refund or offer store credit. I just wanted the shoes! There’s no customer service phone number to call and they send cryptic texts. Seriously, how did it get lost twice? They did not care

Nobull offers two day shipping but after confirming my order a message stated "orders may take longer due to high volume". Why continue to offer and charge for faster delivery when you can't provide the service. Time to change the "no excuses" slogan on their site.

It has now been over 24 days since I ordered my shoes, and they still have not arrived. I have chatted with their Customer service 3 times and each time they just promise that they are prioritizing the order and shipping them soon. This sad to see as their shoes are actually quite good/nice…that is, if you ever receive them. Due to their poor customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere as they clearly don’t have the ability to deliver on time or the courtesy to provide customers with progress updates. I suggest looking elsewhere for your shoes.

Piece of cr@p website, took 20 days for the shoes to come and when it came it was the wrong size as I choose my size on the UK site and the website changed it to US. Also can't go on the US site as it kicks you off and back to the UK site.

It's now been 20 days since I ordered and still no shipment or notice of any update. They take your money then sincerely do not care after that. Customer service just says we promise we'll ship it sometime. I would never order from these people for a special occasion or holiday. You'll be lucky if you get it in time, heads up.

Very bad customer service experience so far. They missed to include my shoe in my order and now it’s been 10 days without any update if they will actually reship the missing item. This is a great brand until you face an issue, DISAPPOINTING customer service so far. It’s sad as I’ve come to love the tanks and shoes and wanted to order more!

Ordered October 2 and still haven’t received notice of shipment or anything. Was to be a gift and missed the birthday and customer service is just saying sorry it’s coming some day.

Order placed 19 September. Have not received any shipping details. I emailed on 26 September to inquire and was told that my order had been received and that I would receive an update in 24-48 hours. No update received. I emailed again a follow up on 3 October. No response has been received to my follow up. On 5 October, I reached out on the Nobull chat bot on their website and chatted with a representative who informed me that I would be receiving an update by end of day the following day (6 October) and to keep an eye on my email. Have not had any response since. I have emailed the company again on 11 October. No response received yet.

Years ago when I first bought the shoes, happy. Now your fulfillment and customer service is horrible. I've been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for two shirts. Throughout 4 attempts to check status, no response. Now on 4th attempt in Chat they tell me they are struggling with getting order delivery met and have no ETA on my shirts. No where on the site or in the process is this mentioned. Only two shirts but nearly $100.00 and I've spent 10x in the last few years.

Would give less if I would, incorrect item shipped twice, no hope of getting the right item on 3rd attempt £140 down the drain
