“Never will I ever spend another dime at No Bull.
When a customer makes a purchase and the company lowers the price of the product before it even ships (within 2 days) but refuses to honor the lower price for the customer... that's a major customer respect fail.
Then argue with the customer for 2 days through the chat customer service tool? Ultimately wasting the customer's time with pointless excuses about how their policy is not to match their own price or make good on their PUBLISHED promotions? Bottomline, you stiff them out of $100?
Insulting.
Keep the shoes. I want my full refund back. Nike recently made an innocent mistake, and I merely CALLED to ask for help in getting what I ordered shipped out in time for a special event. Not only did the Nike rep OFFER to ship the fastest method at no cost to me, Nike AUTOMATICALLY made the adjustment to the lower price the shoes had gone down to. I did not even know they went down in price. I didn't even have to ask.
What a contrast in experiences.

“I’ve purchased 2 pairs of different shoes from nobull
The first pair were trainers, I find them very comfortable however after 6 months they have worn through the heel
I also purchased a pair of runners which the top has frayed in about 4 months with minimal wear
Very disappointing given the price of the shoe I would expect better quality
What’s even more disappointing is that my after numerous emails to contact their warranty department I’ve received no response
This company doesn’t appear to care about their customers.”

I returned a pair of shoes using their return authorization shipping label per the Custer service rep in December 2021. They received my return on 12/23. It is now March 26,2022 and I have yet to receive any refund let alone get any response from anyone at Nobull. I suspect they will not be in business much longer. Buyers beware.”
“I’ve ordered one pair of the trainers and 4 tanks from NoBull. One of the tanks is a different material than the rest, and immediately snagged all over upon washing?? My sneakers have the heels completely blown out after 5 months of regular gym use, not even CrossFit. I’m so insanely disappointed with this company.”
“Trash company. I ordered a pair of shoes from their CANADIAN WEBSITE. The prices were listed in USD and it doesn’t state that anywhere. Then they said I’d also be paying duty and import fees. My $139 shoes immediately turned into over $200 shoes. I cancelled my order within 5 minutes of placing it and they said “we don’t cancel orders” I said I’d charge back my visa and oh my god look at that all of a sudden they are capable of processing cancellations when it’s “I get my money and the product or you cancel it”. Because of the exchange rate apparently changing within the time it took them to finger their assholes while deciding to cancel my order, I never received a full refund and they refuse to give one. The customer service was atrocious and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy getting scammed. Maybe if they had processed my cancellation instead of arguing with me up and down, the exchange rate wouldn’t have changed so drastically but this is how companies this low in value make their money, ripping off people who work hard for their money.”
“🚨 BUYER BEWARE 🚨 Do not buy any shoes from this company! I purchased a pair of lifting shoes in December and they have already ripped. I reached out to customer service and they had two solutions. They could exchange them for a pair of equal value. However, they don’t have any product available in my size. They’re second option was a 20% refund. Sounds better than nothing, right? I asked them to issued the refund to the card on file. “the shows are great do not get me wrong how ever the exchange/ replacement of damaged shoes is horrible i place a second order i the beginning 2019 did not get them on the mail I contact the company (text or email only no human response) they told me that the shoes where placed inside the mail box, my mailbox is too small for a box of shoes, they said that they would begin an investigation to see what happened to the shoes but a new set of shoes will be order and the representative told me they will mail them by friday 4 days from when i contacted them, I asked about the exchanged of a damaged pair of shoes I send them the picture and the representative send me the return form and he explained that once the shoes get to the warehouse they will inspect them and them it mail a new pair back to me sonI packed the shoes and mail them the same day of the conversation 2/22/2021. i have tried to reach out to someone every week about this they love to respond at 12:02am after
midnight and they claim not to have a robot response hmm very shady. It is now 3/22/2021 and i got a response at 12:28am to let me know that it will be shipped by the end of this week due to the warehouse being busy, really they had my money and the shoes for over 3 months this is a joke and i have pictures of the chats and emails that support that they are NOT CUSTOMER DRIVEN THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. My wife wants this stupid shoes and i would continue this battle with nobull but to me this is a bulls....t company and i will continue to tell my friends not to even try this brand as they are only money driven with just the amount of time that i have spend in chats emails i have paid 5 times for the shoes of I bill them for my time this is not counting the frustration and the disappointment to my wife that is priceless and Iam making it up to her and she is trying the old and reliable brands Adidas, Nike and Under Harmor.”
“Terrible customer service. Shoes came in with a black mark and dark shadow over one. One shoe looked darker than the other. I needed them for a competition so I didn't send them back. Sent pics and was only asking for a small credit i could use in the store since I paid $180. Contacted them 3 times. Received 1 response but nothing was resolved.
