“By far the best online Nursery, excellent communications, nothing is too much trouble & they're honest with their replies, for instance I hadn't read the shipping part & contacted them about my order they didn't try & pull the wool over my eyes but gave a genuine explanation & after reading the shipping detail it was correct, expect a delay during the growing season but for the quality of plants, awesome packaging & service it's well worth the wait, I received my plants today in immaculate condition by DHL who are very careful with deliveries, service is over & above, this is the first time I have used NH but will definitely use them in the future, Oliver is very polite on the phone & by email & is good with any info, highly recommended.”
