“Norfolk Stairlifts was recommended to us by a family friend. Richard from the Sales team came to do the survey and was very friendly, professional and informative and invited us to view the stairlifts in action at their showroom. We attended that same afternoon and were again most impressed and decided to proceed with ordering the Ergo platinum stairlift we had tried at the showroom. Richard advised us it could be supplied and fitted the following week. Barry, the installing engineer came just seven days later and arrived on time. Once again we were most impressed by his friendly approach and professionallism . The installation was completed in approximately four hours without any problems and Barry took care to give us all the information and instructions on operating the stairlift. We have had it for a week and have found it to be a real asset and both we, and our family, now feel much more secure and safe about negotiating the stairs. We cannot fault the whole process from start to finish - completed in just seven days - and our dealings with both Richard and Barry . We can thoroughly recommend Norfolk Stairlifts.”

“Very easy and straight forward to organise. Survey took place on Wednesday and fitted the following Monday. Couldn’t ask for better. Mum very used to the stairlift now and gives her ease of access, independence and me peace of mind! All staff very helpful and made the process smooth. Would definitely recommend.”

“I was looking for a local company to supply and fit a stairlift, I contacted Norfolk Stairlifts and was guided in my choice and was offered a free survey. Richard was very thourgh and knowledgeable, the stairlift was instaled quickly and neatly and I am very satisfied.”

“Very quick service,my son phoned your office on the Friday.He spoke to Richard who arranged to visit and measure up the following Tuesday.Sam came and fitted and explained the workings in the Thursday.brilliant service from start to finish,I would highly recommend your company to anyone.Many thanks Pam.”

“I am very pleased with my stairlift, now I am used to the flying sensation. Excellent service and pleasant personnel. Cat not frightened of lift, so can still come up to bed if she chooses. All local friends have been in to inspect it and I have given the contact details to a local lady who has problems with her stairs.”

“Myself and family are very pleased with the stair lift. It is a tremendous help. It was fitted swiftly by an excellent young man who went through buttons on how to work it. I have made phone calls and all have been answered by very nice lady. So, in all so please with everything.”

“I Contacted Norfolk Stairlifts on the 5th December and spoke to Richard who was very helpful indeed. He came out to the house the next day to do a site survey and suggested which equipment would work best for my mother. The installation date was the following week. The engineer Barry was fantastic !! After he finished he went thru everything with us on operating the lift and who to contact in the event of any issues. Highly recommend Norfolk Stairlifts for their excellent service from start to finish.”

“I cannot express how grateful I am for the installation of my rented stairlift and the speed and efficiency with which it was installed. Every member of staff, from my initial enquiry to the measuring and fitting of the stairlift was efficient, friendly, well informed and professional. The whole process took only a week and has transformed my life at the moment. I live in an old listed building with lots of steps and no downstairs cloakroom or shower. I have suddenly gone from being fully mobile to walking on crutches prior to having a hip replacement so the stairlift has made life much more manageable I did not know that it was possible to hire a stairlift so this is a perfect temporary solution with minimal disruption or structural work as the rail is fixed through the stair treads and no mess! I would absolutely recommend Norfolk Stairlifts for anyone considering a temporary or permanent stairlift. This family firm make it feel a very personal and positive experience. Thankyou so much, especially to Carol. Richard and Ronnie.”
