“Outstanding service! Car delivered as described, Very clean and the delivery driver was knowledgeable and patient after traveling almost 400 miles, the whole Team were excellent, anything they said they were going to do was done. I can not recommend a better dealer to buy from. Thank you Northover Cars, this will not be the last car we buy from you.”

“From first sight of the car that I wanted through to test drive and purchasing, Jason was friendly and informative. He was a great salesman and not pushy in the slightest and nothing was too much bother, and the purchasing admin part was so quick too. The Mercedes we bought is amazing and we love it. We will definitely purchase from Northover Cars again in the future. Thank you so much 5* service”

“Purchased an 8-year-old Mercedes E Class and it's as if it's factory new. Service was top class and my questions were answered with detail. Excellent warranty for a fair price which covers me across Europe to give me that extra peace of mind. But with a car in this condition, I definitely won't be needing it! Thank you Northover Cars!”

“Hi I phoned Jason at Northover cars just before 6pm, he was informative, knowledgeable and very helpful about me making an appointment to view the car. When I viewed the car the car was as described if not better, allowed me all the time I needed to view and test drive at my leisure, since buying my car I have asked a couple of questions and have always been greeted with help and advice. If you are considering buying a car Northover cars would be my first choice from now on.”

“I have just bought a car from Northover Cars for the first time and Based on my experience I will be using them from now on. The level of customer service is of a very high quality and Jason and Matthew make you feel so at ease. There was none of the usual salesman speak, they just gave me the keys and let me take my time checking out the car and test driving it for myself. They readily agreed to address all the points I raised and rectified them before I came back to collect the car, which was presented beautifully. Jason completed all my documentation in no time and nothing was too much trouble. The transaction was the smoothest I have had with a car dealer. I am very happy that I have found a dealer that takes out all the usual stress and fuss of buying a car and provide quality cars”

“Bought the car over the Internet, Jason was very helpful with a video tour around the car. It arrived as scheduled and the delivery driver was extremely helpful getting my phone paired and demonstrating controls, roof etc despite it being late Friday afternoon, he didn't rush me at all. The car exceeds my expectations so far, it is an exceptional version of the SLK. Would I buy again from Northover Cars is the key review question: yes.”
