“Hi - as yet I have not received my parcel due to a series of delivery issues with UKMail. This is not the first time they have been poor. Can I suggest you use Royal Mail, DPD or link. They are far more efficient and also contactable by phone.
Im sure the product will be great but I will only know for sure when UKMail deliver it.”

Hi Daniel, to confirm our phone conversation we have sent out 2 replacement units to you as the original units have been lost by UKMail. I'm sorry for the issues you have had. Usually our deliveries are very successful via UKMail (as our previous reviews show). Again please take our apologies on behalf of UKMail
“Ordered audio pro t3 on 03/10/2016, the website stated "ready stock"; got no follow-up after two days. Email-ed cs on 06/10/2016, turns out the item was out of stock, they didn't even bother to inform me beforehand or even updated the website.
Can't even offer weekend delivery to make up for their own mistake and lack of update.
