“Customer service was a disgrace, felt like I was being played. Ordered some trainers, after a month they did not arrive, when I finally got in touch I was fobbed off with a story & eventually got my refund after many attempts.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If the product doesn't fit, the returns processing charges are eyewatering, plus the cost of sending them back to another country! For a pair of shoes which cost $144, which don't fit, I have to pay to COURIER them to Hong Kong from Australia to the tune of $60 but then a return processing cost they charge of $93.20, so a total of $153.20 for $144 pair of shoes!!! Even if I decide they are too expensive to replace and just want a return, it is still 15% processing fee after I post them back to HK, so $82 to just return them giving me $42 back. I am now stuck with my birthday present the wrong size and I have to sell locally to help recover some cost. WHAT A NIGHTMARE, never ever again. BE WARNED.”

“Novelship is a reseller. They don'y control the quality of the product. They offer you to pay full price for premium and authentic quality and they sell you a product with defects. I purchased a new pair of Jordan and a few weeks later, I noticed that one of the shoes has been painted with a silver spray. Now all the painting is peeling off and gone. I wrote an email to complain about the quality and to get a refund or an exchange but NO ASWER at all. They simply ignored my request.”

“The status of my order has been marked as shipped, but it has not reached the authentication stage for over a month. If we have to cancel the order, we will incur a loss of over $50 due to the delay caused by either the seller or Novelship. This situation is extremely unfair to the buyer. I urge everyone to be cautious of potential delays, it feels like a scam, and there's very little we can do about it.”

“Very poor customer service. I tried to change my size a few minutes after my order was placed and I have not received a response for days. I am now left hanging without any guidance or clarity on a resolution with the size of the order still wrong. This should not be the case in today's e-commerce world. A change of size immediately after placing an order should be a very simple issue to solve!”

“I’ve had good experiences before with these guys but their service has gone to shit. Still waiting on my shoes and they can’t even get back to me,at all! I’m at the point where I won’t order a damn thing anymore,not to mention there prices are getting ridiculous.”
