Bought some Air Jordans from them as, as they authenticated it to make sure it was legit. Had a bad experience with stockx before so will definitely be using Novelship again. They also had a 0% transaction fee, i think it was because i was a new customer.

Wish I read reviews before I brought 2 pairs of shoes beginning of October. I've sent numerous emails to Novellaa to ask them about my order as I still have not received anything they can't even be bothered to answer any of my emails I've sent them All I want is my money back very upsetting they can get away with treating customers like this . I'm absolutely discussed in NOVELLAA..PLZ DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.

This platform is ridiculous. Failed my sale of shoes due to poor QC (that can barely be seen with the naked eyes) from the brand and forced me to pay for return fee even though it's clearly not my fault. TWICE!!! I swear if there is another equivalent platform... I will totally ban you!!!

Got some Jordan 1 Patent Breds last year, since they are not doing well atm, sold them on StockX. Failed Authentication and give my 127 sales a bad rep for selling fakes. No explanation on why item was rejected, but must be fake or some other issue. Only explanation was Authentication cant confirm if the sneakers are genuine or not. Not going to waste anymore time on these, but beware and consider all other options before buying from Nobullshit, sorry I mean Novelship 😅

If I could give 0 star. I definitely will. Received a sneaker with multiple defects and the shoe smelled like someone with stinky feet soaked their feet inside the sneakers for days or even months. No words can describe how bad the shoe smell. I owned 2 pairs of dunks and this is definitely not the kind of quality which is acceptable. They also mentioned that the shoe passed the “inspection” and does not have any stinky smell. Really not sure how they inspect or if they really even inspect lol. My family members have been asking me why is there a shoe lying there which stinks like hell. Novelship have been very unhelpful and irresponsible. Once item sold, they don’t care anymore. Quality? Don’t bother purchasing from them if that is what you are looking for. No reply via email, instagram, line. Literally ignored every email I send. Horrible service and experience. Worst website to buy sneakers. Buy at your own risk.

Filed an issue that I ddint receive my yeezy slides eventhough it reflected on their app that it was delivered. They send an email that wont be able fo refund the full amount of what I spent since I did not availavle for the protection service sort off. Then to compenstae for my loss, they said will send me a promocode/ reimburse my 100 sgd. I opted for the 110 rebate but since then I ddint receive the promocode that i need to key in.

Do not buy Yeezy 350s off these guys as i have had 2 pairs so far that have turned out to be fake.Contacted them and they said they wont do anything because i messaged them after 2 days of receiving.Their authenticators are obviously not trained to authenticate yeezys properly. I had the results confirmed by legitapp and these guys dont even want to listed to the issue.

I’ve bought a lot of shoes and clothing through this platform and I’m starting to wonder why. A high percentage have either had defects, have been worn or are fake. The customer service is also terrible. Out of around 10 disputes I’ve had none resolved and they just stop replying to my emails. I’ve been waiting on responses for multiple fake or damaged items and have got nowhere. If anyone from Novelship is reading this please contact me to help resolve these issues.

I questioned the shoes that they sent me to be fake. They could not provide me with an authentic certificate of authenticity. They explained that they were being printed and they could not be returned because of COVID. I would not buy from them under any circumstances.

Bought “Nike Dunks Laser Orange”it it came with Defect and damage pair and poor quality packaging. Nike logo stitched at the back of the both shoe is different from one another There are marks on the behind of right shoe and stains and stitching threads coming out, on the left shoe the material glue has come out you can clearly see the defect and left shoe sole has worn dirt marks, looks like somebody has worn. Very mad and disappointed and dissatisfied with the product just arrived and you open the box and you get fake result of the shoes. No sign of Novelship packaging based on their website, the barcode is fake as when u click at the barcode provided by novelship it takes to scam page. No refund policy on their website or in exchange for a faulty pair of shoes, they pass 100% authentication on faulty and damaged pair of sneakers as by the look of it is fake as the barcode doesn’t scan various wear tear marks on new shoes not proper packaging. cheating people and scamming their money on the name of being legit shoe seller website. No proper response or acknowledgement of the issue raised to them inspite of providing enough proofs. Never received an order/sale reference id. For the nike dunks I bought. Again sign of being fake website. Will never order from this website i m going to put a review on google and all social media pages about how poor service and quality of shoes they sell. Never buy from Novelship they sell fake and faulty shoes or may be deadstock shoes and will not take the ownership for their fault.
