“i must say in 1 years time they managed only to get 2 reviews for our nonstop booked apartment then we got finally out of this far to expensive agency and with another privat rental lady we managed to get in 6 months over 25 reviews voted 5 stars. this agency has no taste no idea of how to do beds or whatever. they just want money and this awful every day housekeeper service s the worst from all people are on vaction and dont want be disturd every singel day for letting in and out the housekeeper”

“If it were possible to give a rate of 0/5 I would! Their staffs sense of urgency is terrible, had to wait for an hour after my check-in time because the host was checking someone else in at another apartment. One would expect exceptional service considering the amount of money you spend, rather get your money’s worth with AirBnB”
