“Had pads and rotors replaced on 12/28/23 on GMC Sierra front wheels. On 1/9/24 caliper on left front wheel came loose at freeway speeds. A thumping noise was heard. Pulled off freeway and looked at wheel and saw inside of rim scored and calipers loose. Towed to a brake tire shop. Top bolt totally missing and bottom bolt very loose. Tech didn't finish securing the caliper bolts. This could have resulted in loss of control. I will never use them again. Their convenience doesn't outweigh safety. To their credit Nubrakes did pay for everything as they should have. But the breach of confidence supersedes everything else. Never again!!!!”

“Brian was very prompt and made sure he looked at everything and let me know what he need to do to make everything work properly. He was very pleasant and made sure I understood everything he was doing. Brian did a fabulous job.. Thank you nubraks and thank you Brian. It was so nice to have you go to my sons place of work and had it completed in only a couple hours. I would highly recommend NuBrakes to everyone. So convenient.”

“Rudy came out to assess my brakes for warranty repair and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about submitting my claim for new parts. Although it was only a diagnostics appointment, I will submit an updated review once work has been completed. Thank you!”

“I have utilized mobile mechanics prior, but NuBrakes stands out in the field for sure! From my initial contact to answering my questions, getting service scheduled, and having it all completed in four hours time was quick, professional, and friendly… surprisingly, I was able to have the service done on the same day, which was a huge help! Adding a few companion services was a nice touch as well… Simply put, they are my new, go-to mechanics when needed… Keep up the awesome work!”

“Peter W Mechanic was great. Products were high quality parts. Problem is they didn't honor the price I was quoted. I was offered a black Friday 15% discount on the price I was quoted the previous day. I even replied back to verify the price and they confirmed it. Upon arrival I was told their people made a mistake. I needed the car so I had no choice. They pride themselves on upfront pricing but they wouldn't honor their quote. That was my review I left on their site when asked. I rated them a 1 because of not honoring their quote. When I went to their site to see my review it was as I had written but instead of 1 star it was changed to 5 stars. No wonder they show a perfect score of 5 when they change what you write. It's unfortunate since they did good work and offer a service people would use. I've contacted them but no one responds. I won't use them again and advise others to look else where for service.”

“I was in Katy visiting family and my breaks started grinding. So I reached out to NuBrakes to replace brakes and rotors. They made appointment for next morning at 9:30 am. Danny showed up on time and he is one of the best mechanics I have ever met. He went through my brakes effortlessly on his part due to all of his knowledge and experience. He explained every step to me as he went and I was charged as expected per the on line quote. It was a great experience and they came to me so I didn’t have to wait at a shop. I have raised 4 children and always owned my own business so I know a thing or 2 about car-truck repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend this company and Danny is a pro. Very good quality work and I feel safe for the family after the work was completed. Matt Swift”

“Mechanic was great. Products were high quality parts. The use of painted rotors was something local shops didn't use and was one of the reasons I went with them. There was a discrepancy in the price but they quickly stood behind their quote and made things right. I would highly recommend them over the local shops and will use them in the future. Instead of sitting in a waiting room I sat in my living room. Can't beat that.”
