“I paid money 3 years ago for another property of this company. Not a single floor has been built in 3 years! After my indignation, I began to receive threats. Do not buy real estate from the Taryan company.”

“The most aggressive developer in Kyiv. It is impossible to conduct a dialogue. If you paid money to them, then you are a prisoner of the situation. I do not advise anyone to buy apartments in this company.”

“Recently I was near a construction site and took a photo. If you take into account the fact that the money was taken from me in the fall of 2021, then as of May 2024, ridiculously little work has been done, if it can even be called the construction of a residential building. Like other investors, they simply ignore me, do not let me into the office, because they are tired of me and my claims.”

“Сколько можно игнорировать возмущенных инвесторов? Стройка не ведется! Создается лишь видимость строительства, используя 1 старый экскаватор! Это ужас какой-то! Не вздумайте покупать здесь квартиру.”

“Вони всячески намагаються приховати негативну інформацію, написану інвестором житлового комплексу NVER, розташованого за адресою бульвар Лесі Українки, 7-9, Київ. Натомість вони ігнорують скарги клієнтів. Вони навіть не хочуть домовлятися про зустріч з головою ради директорів компанії Бєлашовим.”
