“This company fails to disclose the full details of its furniture it falsely represents its products I would never purchase from or recommend this company. “The Oak Furnature Store manufacturer drop shipped table to my address and met their delivery commit duration of 8 weeks. The furniture had a crack in one of the shelft supports. The Oak Furniture Store quickly communicated with me and contacted the manufacturer. The Manufacture said the crach was caused by a knot, so it was not a problem and therefore not warranted. The Oak Furnature Store passed on the manufacturer comment and offer me a $100 voucher for a future purchases. This question from discovery to offer took 24 days. Other than the question about the crack, the price is beatuiful and looks great in our hallway.”

“After two or three months, I am as pleased with my purchases as when they first arrived. Especially the extendable dining table with the engineered stone top, which several guests have spontaneously admired. My visiting granddaughters just loved the bedside units and chest of drawers. 10 out of 5!”
