Since O Bag UK have deleted my review on Facebook by removing the entire review section, I suppose I will now have to write reviews where they can’t remove them so others can avoid getting into the same situation as me. They have replied back to my review but this is not visible to anyone else on Facebook, just me! They removed the review so quickly, yet the reply they sent states 'both positive and negative reviews are imperative to our brand so we can be improved. I purchased a bag from this company as a gift, the item arrived and I ordered the wrong product. I followed the usual process of returning the item, to which I saw they were pretty local to me in Solihull. I asked if I could swap the item in person as I wouldn’t be able to order a new one in time. They agreed, and sent me a location which I then searched on Google, the address was a remote, large home with security gates - I was expecting an office/public location - not a secluded home of someone I do not know. I thought this was completely unprofessional and I therefore didn’t attend and popped the parcel in the post for a refund. This happened back in March, I posted my item first class, recorded delivery on 20th March, it arrived at their PO Box on 21st March at 7 am, just over 4 weeks ago. I waited for a while before sending an email asking where my refund was, to which I was told due to COVID-19 the team were all working from home and nobody had visited the P.O. Box to collect the parcel/they had not received the parcel back yet in order to process the refund and when they do, they will inspect the item and process the refund. I have returned parcels back to companies during this difficult time and some of those have been PO Boxes, they had the items redelivered to their address to process a refund/exchange. I still do not believe they have allowed stock, which is has never been worn/used, to sit in a PO Box when it could be resold on. After doing some investigating, it would appear these aren’t the same company/team I have dealt with before, I don’t know whether they are official distributors of O Bag - but I would not purchase from them! I got in touch with a company I had purchased from before, and they were completely unaware of who these people are and informed the Italian manufacturers who them must have prompted them to respond to me a few days ago saying they are supposedly working hard to get my parcel from Royal Mail and to process my refund, lets see how long this takes! I appreciate the current situation will incur delays, but I whole heartedly believe they have prolonged this whole experience due to me not showing up to exchange the item. Please, purchase from this company at your own risk. Shop around and use official O Bag distributers and always check reviews!
