I am very pleased with the service Ocado gives. The drivers are always friendly, helpful and polite. One request...... Please could raw meat be put in a separate carrier bag.

My main positive comments are; 1, Variety and quality - I can get a very good range of fresh and less usual produce, for example, tahini, which I can't buy locally. Lovely tasty Italian tomatoes, large butter beans, very good un-dyed smoked fish etc. 2. Delivery - on time by helpful and polite staff. I can order one day and the shopping is there the next day. 3. No Waitrose near where I live and their products are excellent. Not so good; 1. For two weeks running my favourite breads were unavailable (Gail's and Vogels). 2. Sell by/use by dates when I plan the weeks menu I may get something that will have reached its use by date before I have planned to use it.

My overall shopping experience is good - your website is the best I have come across and, on the whole, your delivery drivers are excellent. What fails the company is your use by dates. My bread is often stale on arrival - last week is was delivered p.m. on the 6th Nov with a best before date of the 8th - and yet you claim it is 3 days+ life. The vegetables are much the same. Ocado would be getting a perfect score if only this could be sorted. What I very much like is that I get the opportunity of trying food brands that I have not heard of before. Please give us fresh produce - we would love you for life!!!!!

Rarely any problem with unavailability of ordered items. Packing rather haphazard - bags of floor with sharp cornered boxes; eggs with cans; pet food with people food; cleaning products on top of cream - some of these have led to a messy delivery, but drivers always helpful. Would have liked to be able to opt for bagless delivery, but systems seems fair so far.

Generally I am very pleased with quality, pricing and customer service. I am also pleased that substitutions don't happen very often. Any problems tend to be around packing and what gets put into each bag. Why mix raw meat with veg or why put bags and toilet rolls into a crate with liquid swilling around the bottom of it ? I have had refunds as meat packaging has leaked, I have also had refunds due to pies and desserts being delivered on their side. Fortunately this does not happen often and there has been no issue with timely refunds. The hourly time slots are really helpful and the drivers keep in touch if they have been slightly delayed or even early.

My only negative point is that the fruits are not handled with care so sometimes they arrived in a pretty bad shape.

Generally, I am very impressed with the service from Ocado. The range of products is excellent and it is not often that things are out of stock. It is rare that items are substituted, unlike other supermarket online deliveries. The deliveries are always on time, the drivers are without exception polite and helpful. The reviews can help you to make informed decisions about what you purchase. My only criticism is that delicate items like eggs or bags of flour don't seem adequately protected, eggs cracked and flour age with holes in. After using Ocado, I would not use any other online supermarket deliveries.

I am always very happy with the wide range of products offered and the quality. The only downside is sometimes the fruit which are not always fantastic. I am overall very happy with the delivery service. Regarding the pricec, I often get good bargain. There are plenty of product on offers. One last thing to say is that there is not loyalty points for shopping and lack of vouchers for current customer which is a disappointment.

Your drivers are excellent. My only criticism is that you pack raw meat in the same bags as other produce. I know that the meat is in a sealed package and you can see if it has leaked. But what if another package has leaked on my meat package? Then my meat may be sealed but the outside of package is contaminated.

Very wide range of goods Some times the packing means that items are spoilt e.g apples bruised, pears squashed, broken eggs Very good when items do not come up to scratch e.g. don't last until use by date Excellent and efficient refund system Lovely delivery people Good at keeping customer informed - reminders for latest time to amend orders, email receipts etc. Like the way they are dealing with the single use bag quandary Much more pleasant shopping experience than trailing round shops!

The service that Ocado offer is professional and reliable. My only criticism is that they do not rewards loyalty. I shop on a weekly basis, spend a minimum of £100.00 a week. Yet I receive no discounts from them other than those I pay for in my subscriptions to there services. My sister works the system using tesco, sainsbury and ocado rotatationally. She is rewarded by regular return to us offers from you! Where is the loyalty to me!!

If you can please check that you have the Marketing box ticked in your account settings and hopefully our Marketing team will send you some vouchers soon. I like your online app for my ipad, easy to use and makes shopping so much easier. The emailed receipt before the order is delivered is useful. If something is on offer and subsituted you give the offer price this is nice. This saves a lot of time as do not have to work through a 'subsitutions' list like other online deliverers. Some items a little more expensive than other supermarkets, but overall given the above comments I beleive Waitrose/Ocado is good value. Maybe I have not found the link, but I cannot seem to link My Waitrose card with Ocado so can't select my 10 prefered discounted items, the other negative was I received some £8 vouchers the other day, these woudl work instore but not online which was annoying. Drivers always polite, helpful and food delivered is packaged well.

With regards to your Waitrose card and Waitrose vouchers, we are a separate company to Waitrose and only stock some of their items so their vouchers and card wouldn't work on our system. We're sorry for any inconvenience caused by this and that you can continue to enjoy shopping with us.

The delivery team are always very helpful however items are not always packed in the most sensible way. Often softer items such as bread or fruits have been placed at the bottom of bags and heavier items have been placed on top, leading to items becoming squashed or bruised. There have also been a few occasions recently with items arriving and going bad the following day.

Great service generally, with good products, and good delivery service. Only problems I would raise are a search engine that is a bit too precise, they should buy in the Google search engine! Also we have had some minor breakages at times.

We do love ocado and do recommend it it all our family and friends. But I do have two bug bears. 1) we recently have started ordering more ready meals for convenience. Waitrose cook ones and the Charlie Bingham meals. However they always turn up in a real mess, slopped to one side of the tray or upside down. This really affects how they cook and can result in a mess when opening. Certain foods should be labeled as 'keep flat' and kept flat. You can do it with birthday cakes. 2) if I take a product on offer and it is not available and is substituted in my delivery. Do I pay full price for the new product or is the offer price honoured? This is never clear.

The ordering and delivery is very good. The delivery people are always very polite and helpful. My only issue is that the fresh food sent to me seems to expire quite quickly. For example if I order 2 packets of chicken fillets, steaks, fish - they will expire within 3 days and that is 4 meals. I do not like to freeze my produce - therefore I have wastage. I would be grateful if the food packers would pay attention to dates and if I order fresh produce I would like have a longer expiry date

We do show the life guarantee for fresh items on the website and this will show the minimum amount of days we will deliver that particular product with to you, please be aware that this does include the day of delivery.
